We komen aan op een traditionele Mexicaanse markt waar u de meest populaire en beroemde plek op de markt “Taqueria La Lupita” bezoekt waar Don Pedro en Doña Lupita, de eigenaren, u een Cochinita Pibil taco en andere antojitos Yucatecos (snacks) serveren, zoals kalkoensalbut of panucho. Amazing experience! Everything was perfect from the beginning to the end. I’m really amazed of the wonderful job that travelezza made. I went with my girlfriend and we were treated incredibly by our tour guide. We really loved the food at the local market and the artisanal beer that we tried at the bar. Really interesting facts about Merida and Mexican history. I’m a great history fan so I would highly recommend to listen closely to the tour guide and ask a ton of questions. The best experience!! Completely recommend.

We visited Merida and hired this private tour that we loved, the mixture between getting to know the city , the sites and its history mixed with tastes of local food and drinks, was excellent, our guide very very good, with all the knowledge of the history and gave us a lot of information of the Mayan culture. We loved the tour, just as they describe it, that's the way it is. We recommend 100% booking this tour because even if you want to know the city on your own, it is not the same to be accompanied by a guide who knows every corner perfectly and the places to eat that only the locals know. MUST DO TOUR definitely.
Don't do this excursion. Seriously. It's a waste of time and money. Worst excursion ever. It was rushed, and you may want to eat a large breakfast before going in this because the snack is infant sized. The carriage ride left lots to be desired. The museum is just plain boring. And the gelato is actually sorbet. The entire excursion is rushed because they start late, which apparently, is common vlfir this excursion. If you feel like shopping, ain't gonna happen on this excursion. Wanna see other sites? Forget about it. Just avoid this excursion all together, you'll thank me later.

I really enjoyed this experience getting to know Mérida, its streets full of history, its monuments and colonial architecture. Luisa's recommendations and her knowledge about local food allowed us to try authentic Yucatecan tacos and appetizers.
