We beginnen vroeg met uw tour om de drukte en de hitte te vermijden. In Uxmal hebben we een Gids tour met één officiële gids, waar je meer leert over de cultuur en architectuur van deze geweldige stad. Daarna gaan we naar een nabijgelegen dorp voor een typische lunch uit de regio. Na de maaltijd rijden we naar een landelijke gemeenschap waar we twee van de meest indrukwekkende cenotes in Yucatán bezoeken. Hier heeft u tijd om te zwemmen en deze geologische wonderen te bewonderen.

In Uxmal leidt uw gecertificeerde officiële gids een rondleiding. Tijdens deze tour leer je over de cultuur, geschiedenis en architectuur van de Maya-beschaving, met een bijzondere focus op de archeologische site van Uxmal en daarna moet je op eigen houtje verkennen of meer foto's maken.
Na het bezoek aan Uxmal gaan we naar een klein stadje, waar we een typische lunch hebben in een lokaal eetcafé.
Dit is een van de mooiste cenotes in Yucatán, en een ware vertegenwoordiger van de open cenote.
Het is een grotcenote met minerale formaties van stalactieten en stalagmieten, en het water heeft een indrukwekkend turquoise kleur. Echt een verborgen juweeltje.

Our guide, Alicia, was very knowledgeable and engaging. Uxmal was fascinating and our experience was enhanced by the information she gave as we walked through. The ceynotes were beautiful! A perfect way to round out our day trip!

Originally we were going on the celestun tour, but due to unforeseen circimunstances we had to switch tours the night before. Everyone we communicated with at aventura was incredibly helpful and made the transition very easy. Uxmal is stunning and so were the cenotes. The Uxmal tour with Jesus was fascinating and well paced (though I wish we had a little more time to ourselves at the end to examine the amazing ruins), the food was fantastic, and the cenotes were refreshing and beautiful. Excursion to UXMAL with typical lunch and visit to two Cenotes. A wonderful day spent entirely with Jorge, a highly professional and well-prepared guide!
