Ervaar 100.000 + jaar oude landschappen en verwonder je over de pracht van de natuur in het hart van de beruchte WA Pinnacles Desert. Mobiel observatorium bekijk de nachtelijke hemel van dichtbij, met planeten, sterrenhopen, nevels en meer! Wees blij om los te koppelen van de dagelijkse stress en opnieuw verbinding te maken met de uitgestrektheid van het universum. Terwijl u geniet van uw Aussie BBQ-diner, leunt u achterover, pakt u een wijn en kijkt u naar de schittering van de zonsondergang terwijl deze zich sluit boven het kristalheldere water van de Indische Oceaan*. Leer nachtelijke hemelfoto's maken met je smartphone. *Tourroute en de activiteiten zijn ter beoordeling van Tour Operators (TO) en kunnen worden gewijzigd. Alle activiteiten worden uitgevoerd op eigen risico van de passagiers. Tour is onderhevig aan weers- en andere omstandigheden en hoewel uw TO alles in het werk zal stellen om u sterren te laten zien, kunnen ze op geen enkele manier aansprakelijk worden gesteld, financieel of anderszins als het zicht op de nachtelijke hemel wordt beperkt of verduisterd door zaken buiten hun controle. Reisroute
Stop bij de bakkerij voor een toiletstop en eten als je honger hebt. Daarna rijden we naar de puur witte, gigantische zandduinen waar je kunt sandboarden. Ook een geweldige plek om foto's te maken.
Een prachtig natuurgebied waar we in het seizoen stoppen om wilde bloemen te zien. We stoppen hier of Hangover Bay afhankelijk van de weersomstandigheden en/of de groep op de dag.
Een prachtige kleine afgelegen baai die werd gebruikt als ontmoetingsplaats door lokale Aboriginalstammen. Bekijk de plant die de Aboriginals gebruikten om visnetten te maken, evenals talloze andere planten die werden gebruikt als Bush Tucker en Medicine. Als we stoppen bij Nilgen Nature Reserve hebben we meestal geen tijd om hier ook te stoppen.
Bekijk de prachtige Pinnacles Desert bij zonsondergang. Geniet van een barbecuediner met wijn, gevolgd door sterrenkijken met telescopen en astroverrekijkers. Hier droomverhalen over de nachtelijke hemel, gecreëerd door 's werelds eerste astronomen, de Australische Aborginals.
Bekijk de Indische Oceaan vanaf het strand naast de visserssteiger bij Lancelin. Geniet van de adembenemende scènes van de oceaan en maak een korte wandeling langs het strand. Stop hier is afhankelijk van tijd, voorwaarden en is naar goeddunken van de reis Gids.

Ophaallocaties en -tijden
Onze pick-ups langs de weg starten tot 45min voor de tour starttijd. De ophaaltijd voor je ophaallocatie brengen we de avond voor de tour per bericht, sms en whatsapp op de hoogte. Na de tour zetten we je zo dicht mogelijk bij je accommodatie af, op voorwaarde dat je in de buurt van Perth bent. Bespreek dit voorafgaand aan uw tour met uw Gids of ons kantoor.

The guide was friendly, informative, and well organized throughout the tour. The itinerary was enjoyable, with enough time at each stop to explore and take photos. Everything ran smoothly, and it was definitely time well spent. I would happily recommend this tour to others visiting Melbourne.
Our guide Peter is very knowledgeable about so many different things, from WA flora and fauna to the cosmos. He also cooked a pretty good BBQ.

This was a brilliant way to spend the day - pickup in the CBD was easy, and the driver made the trip to Pinnacles Desert interesting. Of course there were stops for some sights, and of course the sand dune surfing was brilliant! We were on a small bus, which was adequate for the time/distance of travel. The Pinnacles themselves are really quite a unique experience - the tour allows plenty of time to explore, and then as the sun sets (amazing photo opportunities) you return to the bus where a bbq feast has been laid out with dozens of salads, various meats and vegetarian options, a generous number of drinks, and even a lovely dessert. While you eat this the tour guide gives a bit of a talk as the sky darkens, and then you get an astronomy tour with binoculars to use and a big reflector telescope for highlights visible on the evening. Pro-tip - if you have your own binoculars, bring them - some of the ones they provide have seen better days! The trip back in the dark seemed much quicker than the way there - I might have dozed off lol, but of course there were no stops on the way back either. Well worth it!

We have a wonderful and beautiful experience for sand boarding, Pinnacles Sun Set and Star Glazing was indeed a memorable experience love it. Amazing sunset and peaceful night viewing many stars in the dark sky ❤️. Due to sudden rain we didn’t experience sand boarding much which is a pity. Overall experience was great and thank you very much to our guide Peter and teams who put together the buffet dinner at the Pinnacle. Dinner was good and appreciate your hard work for such a wonderful experience 🌈🥰 we miss it so much cheers🥂
Myself, my mom and my 2 kids (9 and 11) all really enjoyed this trip. Despite a super cloudy day which meant no stargazing we made the best of it (and obviously this is no fault of the tour). Seeing the pinnacles was great and we had plenty of free time to roam around at our leisure before returning to the bbq dinner they had set up. My kids also really enjoyed the sand boarding and our guide, David, was great with encouraging them to try it when they were hesitant at first.
Lots of fun and sites packed into a day of adventures. The sand surfing was someone we had never tried before.
