Reis ten noorden van Perth op deze dagtour naar Nambung National Park, de thuisbasis van de mystieke Pinnacles. Je eerste stop is een kort bezoek aan Caversham Wildlife Park om de koala's en wombats te ontmoeten en de kangoeroes met de hand te voeren. Vervolgens reizen we door naar het kustvissersplaatsje Cervantes, om te genieten van het kustlandschap en een fish and chip lunch (inbegrepen). Na de lunch gaat u verder naar Nambung National Park en de Pinnacles. Maak een wandeling door de Pinnacle Desert en verken het griezelige maanachtige landschap met zijn enorme collectie kalksteenformaties - een ervaring als geen ander. We doen vervolgens Lancelin aan, de thuisbasis van enkele van de grootste zandduinen in West-Australië - en springen in onze 4WD-truck om een 4WD-tour door de duinen te maken, compleet met de kans om sandboarden te proberen. Een onvergetelijke ervaring. We keren vroeg in de avond terug naar Perth.

Ultimately, the most time was dedicated to what interested me the least, the 4WD on the sand and the sandboarding. Which could have been avoided by dedicating more time to the other more interesting activities. If, on the other hand, you chose this package specifically for that, well, it's for you. Sean, who drove the bus, was very good; he talked, organized, in short... a round of applause for him, I don't know how he managed to do everything by himself!
Great day trip. I travelled without a car so having this option to see the pinnacles and a tad more of the west coast was fab. Was a full on day and fair bit of driving but I actually enjoyed this. Plenty of rests and activities throughout the day. The 4 by 4 sand dune experience was wild! Highly recommend
The trip to visit the pinnacles was a fantastic day out. We really enjoyed the visit to caversham wildlife park, was great to get up close to animals such as koalas and kangaroos. The pinnacles are such a phenomenal place to visit, how did they get there?! Highlight of the day for us was sand boarding, something I didn't even know existed, such great fun! We had fish and chips provided during the trip, the fish was extremely tasty. Throughout the tour, Colin was friendly, knowledgeable and very funny.

Along with seeing and walking amongst the fascinating Pinnacles, the animal park, lobster farm and dune experiences add up to making this an incredible day, but the major star of the experience was our driver, stopping along the way to view interesting flora, talking about the local fauna and the lives of the local Aussies and offer pearls of wisdom about the first nation community. All in all, a great intro to WA! Thank you.
Pinnacles Tours is a quality tour company. The itinerary included in the package exceeded our expectations. Logistics, toilet stops and lunch venue were well-thought out. So glad to have taken up this package which supports businesses and smaller towns in WA. Prompt and professional responses from customer service line. Special mention to our tour guide + driver on Sun 28 Sep 2025 - JAMIE. Jamie is truly excellent. He is polite and professional, takes great care in his work. He took the effort to remember where passengers were from, took down details of where we each would like to be dropped off end of day. Throughout the drive, he spent a lot of time sharing details about WA and places where we passed. For a one-man show, it was really impressive, considering the trip was a long one (we were picked up from 7.30am and dropped off 7pm, with 4 major stops/activities throughout the day). He was tireless, right till the end when it was getting late towards drop-off, he was still the same professional person as he was at 7.30am. Felt very safe dozing off during the long drives between stops as he presented as a reliable driver. Really appreciate the pride and care with which Jamie carried out his profession, especially it being a Sunday what more. Please convey our deepest thanks to Jamie for such a wonderful job done that all 24 of us had such a great day and safe journeys!

Very nice day spent completely in the beauties of Australian nature. Very interesting experience at the wildlife park where you can have a direct and unique contact with kangaroos, koalas and wombats! Extraordinary sunset among the pinnacles in the desert. Great lunch at the Australian lobby factory. Very funny sandboarding. To improve the morning pick-up to hotels , too long , as well as excessive time spent on lunch and to lengthen that spent in the Pinnacles desert .
The highlight of this trip was the animals. This was my first time to see a wombat and a koala. I would have liked more time at the zoo, but I understand there was a big day ahead of us and time was limited.
