- 1. Dit is een avontuur. De oceaanomstandigheden variëren en kunnen ruw zijn. Deelname is mogelijk niet voor iedereen geschikt; het boarden van fysiek gehandicapte personen is ter beoordeling van de kapitein.
- 2. Niet aanbevolen voor gasten met rug-, nek-, knie-, heup- of andere gewrichtsproblemen, chronische pijn, recente verwondingen of operaties, of ernstige reisziekte. Geen restituties bij zeeziekte; voorkomen is het beste met vrij verkrijgbare middelen.
- 3. Geen aanstaande moeders.
- 4. Kinderen moeten 5 jaar of ouder zijn.
- Routes, bestemmingen en snorkelen kunnen zonder voorafgaande kennisgeving worden gewijzigd als gevolg van weersomstandigheden en oceaanomstandigheden.
- 6. Geannuleerde tours worden volledig terugbetaald of graag verplaatst.
- 7. “No shows” of elke annulering binnen 24 - uur na de check-in tijd is onderworpen aan een 100% vergoeding van het totale tarief inclusief belasting.
- 8. Wij zijn niet verantwoordelijk voor verloren, beschadigde of gestolen artikelen.
- 9. Mobiliteitshulpmiddelen zoals wandelstokken, rollators, krukken, rolstoelen etc. zijn niet toegestaan aan boord.
- 10. We landen niet aan wal.
- 11. Niet-zwemmers zijn niet toegestaan in het water.
- 12. Volgelaatsmaskers zijn verboden. Alleen traditionele tweedelige maskers en snorkels mogen worden gebruikt. Vermijd voor de veiligheid snorkelen binnen 24 uur na aankomst van een vlucht van meer dan 5 uur
- 13.Als u uw dagelijkse of voorgeschreven medicatie niet bij u heeft, zoals inhalatoren, EpiPens, diabetesmedicatie, moet u uw tour verzetten naar een andere dag.
- 14. Roken van welke aard dan ook is verboden, met inbegrip van elektronische sigaretten.
- 15. U dient zelf handdoeken, zonnebrandcrème, een lichte jas en camera mee te nemen. Wij zorgen voor de rest.
- 16. Alle tours zijn blootsvoets. Schoenen moeten voor het instappen worden uitgetrokken, met uitzonderingen voor orthopedische/diabetische patiënten, naar goeddunken van de kapitein.
- 17. Volgens onze drankvergunning mogen gasten geen alcohol meenemen. ID's zijn vereist voor leeftijdsverificatie. Bedwelmde gasten worden niet bediend en kunnen het instappen worden geweigerd. Alcohol wordt alleen geserveerd na het snorkelen op toepasselijke tours.
- 18. Koelers of drones/onbemande vliegtuigen zijn niet toegestaan aan boord.
- 19. Spray/aerosol zonnebrandcrèmes zijn verboden als een gevaar voor de veiligheid. Gebruik in plaats daarvan rifvriendelijke zonnebrandcrèmes.
- 20. Marine toiletten verstoppen gemakkelijk. Spoel alleen menselijk afval en het meegeleverde toiletpapier door.
- 21. Gebruik hiervoor de aangewezen grindparkeerplaats.
- 22. Alle klachten van intimidatie of geweldpleging, en elke vermoedelijke illegale activiteit, zullen worden gemeld aan de juiste autoriteiten.
- 23. Wij behouden ons het recht voor om diensten te weigeren aan iedereen die niet voldoet aan gezondheids-, veiligheids- of beleidsvereisten.
- Als bedrijf dat duurzaamheid voorop stelt bij doelen, vragen we je om je eigen herbruikbare waterfles mee te nemen op tour.
- Kindertarieven gelden voor kinderen van 5 t/m 12 jaar en volwassenentarieven voor kinderen van 13 jaar en ouder.
- Aanstaande moeders mogen niet mee met de tour

Our family of six had a fun and memorable experience on the Napali Coast cruise and snorkel. We highly recommend this trip, and here’s a few reasons why. First, the crew (Captain Kelly, Coral, and Mason) were professional, engaging, and fun. The boat, “Laila,” was big enough for all guests so it didn’t feel too cramped. The food was solid, and the after snorkeling beers hit the spot! The scenery was so inspiring and the interpretation about the history of the area was a nice touch. While the snorkeling was not as good as other beaches on Kauai or other snorkeling beaches on the other islands, it was nice (requisite sea turtle spotted). Of course, as soon as we all came out of the water two monk seals showed up and started playing around and swimming close to the boat. That was so cool! We all took bonine before the trip to help with any nausea issues. While one of our kids felt sick, she didn’t get sick. And there were plenty of white caps throughout the cruise, which made for a very lively trip!

Captain Kelly, Luke, & Mason were all AMAZING!!!!!!! We couldn’t go snorkeling due to the water conditions but honestly you didn’t feel like you missed out. They slowed down and followed wildlife so we could see them, got up close to the rocks and even got us to a waterfall to be under! Truly an amazing experience. The waves were rough and some people were sea sick and these 3 handled it so well, were so gracious to those people, and we could not have asked for better guides. Would recommend this tour because even if the conditions don’t allow snorkeling that day you won’t even miss it! 10/10 recommend.

Our family did the catamaran snorkel tour and Jess our captain and her team - Coral and Mason - were excellent. This team made sure everyone was informed, felt safe and they taught us about our surroundings. The service truly was thoughtful and attentive. The food and drinks were good and plentiful. They were also super sweet and attentive to those experiencing motion sickness on the boat. Seeing this stunning coast from the water is something we will never forget. Overall fantastic experience.

Most excellent way to explore the majestic Na Pali coast. Snorkeling was great fun. Felt safe and cared for by Captain Kelly and her attentive crew!
Capt Kelly, Jasmine, and Coral were great. The Cruise and snorkeling were so much fun! We saw so much-- dolphins, waterfalls, caves, and beautiful cliffs of Na Pali coast. We felt safe but also had freedom to be adventurous!
Capt gave fair warning about risks related to weather and the weather turned out great! Good food, crew was informative and helpful.

What an amazing trip! The captain and his crew were so much fun and very entertaining! We got to snorkel and we even had light showers but was awesome. 10/10 would do it again with same crew!
