Hands-on Eclair en Choux maken met een patissier

Doe mee met een interactieve kookles waarin je drie klassieke Franse gebakjes leert maken: eclairs (chocolade en vanille), chouquette en soezendeeg (met kaas en room). Uitgerust met een schort en al het benodigde keukengerei, ben je hands-on in de keuken en leer je stap voor stap hoe je deze typische lekkernijen kunt maken. En natuurlijk is geen Franse patisserie-ervaring compleet zonder thee en koffie om van te genieten bij uw versgebakken producten! Gedurende de hele les heb je volledige controle over je creaties, vanaf het moment dat je het recept voor het eerst ziet tot het eindresultaat dat uit de oven komt. Ik zal er zijn om je bij elke stap te begeleiden, volledige uitleg te geven en je de technieken te leren die je nodig hebt om je succes te garanderen. Aan het einde van de les krijgen we de kans om je heerlijke creaties te proeven en te praten over je reis naar Parijs. Ik geef je ook graag culinair advies, aanbevelingen en meningen.

It was very fun, instructor is very helpful and guiding with any questions or problems, great vibes and results
I booked this experience for my wife's birthday and it was very positive. It was just the two of us with Chef Mimi, so the service was even more personal. Everything was very clear, we were able to learn a lot, and in the end, the sweets turned out very delicious!

This is a fantastic baking class with friendly experts. You will learn all the tricks of the trade from the best in the business. Highly recommend Maison Fleuret (and check out their cute little cafe too!)

Very disappointing! I will rate it at zero stars if possible. While on holiday and after traveling on a 32 deg C heat in Paris, I was told at the door that the class is non-existent. The provider just told me to contact Viator. A total waste of my time and effort considering the fact that I was on a very short holiday and I was looking forward to doing the Eclair & Choux class.
That it is fun, educational, and you reap the rewards of your work!! Everyone who tried my finished work loved it and it gives me the motivation to do more!!
This is a super fun activity to do with friends or your spouse. We thoroughly enjoyed it. And you get to eat!
An in depth lesson with an experienced instructor covering the basics of choux pastry. Made 3 eclairs and some chouxettes as well. Arguably a bit expensive for the experience but a very enjoyable one nonetheless.
