Verbeter uw kookvaardigheden tijdens een dessertworkshop van 3 uur in Parijs. Een professionele chef ontvangt u in zijn of haar appartement en leert u twee of drie typisch Franse en internationale desserts te maken. Houdt u van zoetigheid, dan is deze workshop echt iets voor u! Aan deze workshop kunnen maximaal acht personen deelnemen om een meer persoonlijke en intieme ervaring te garanderen.

- Minimumleeftijd: 6 jaar oud
- Er wordt rekening gehouden met vegetarische, veganistische, glucosevrije en lactose-intolerante dieetbeperkingen. Let op dit in het veld 'speciale vereisten' bij het reserveren.
- De klas vereist in totaal minimaal twee personen. Er is een mogelijkheid tot annulering na bevestiging als er niet genoeg passagiers zijn om aan de vereisten te voldoen of te veel passagiers in één boeking die de klas zou overboeken. Als dit gebeurt, krijgt u een alternatief of volledige restitutie aangeboden

Desert class with chef Christian was delightful! Made some new friends and made some lovely simple deserts for home cooking, entertaining. Very knowledgeable and practice with tons of tips to adjust and customize the recipes. Very worth the value!

Chef Dominique was amazing. We made strawberry rhubarb tarts with fruit fresh from the market. Soft chocolate cakes and financiers. It was fun and delicious.

One of the best vacation experiences in our entire life. Chef Frederick was terrific. Hands on and educational, not to mention delicious. Highly recommended for any visit to Paris - there is no place better for a baking class!!
Chef Dominic Dury was a wonderful host and welcomed us into his apartment for the day’s lesson (3 hours + a bit more). The class size was 4, which was perfect for the room we were taught in. Anymore than that would have been tight. He taught us 3 desserts that were easily explained and made, which we ate there as they were finished and cooled. There were a few hacks (shortcuts) that I had never heard of as well. I would recommend this class to any baker who enjoys baking as a hobby.
I wasn’t sure what to expect with this class. For the price we paid ($350 for 2), I don’t think it was worth it. We were taught how to make 3 pastries, but we mostly watched. Frederic was an engaging host, but when we arrived there were no introductions or refreshments. We had to ask for water. Overall we ate some delicious dessert, but bring your own bottle of champagne if you want anything to drink!
We enjoyed the intimacy of a real Parisienne apartment and learned some awesome new recipes for novices like us!
I didn’t learn anything and didn’t love the recipes. It was just to follow a recipe and not to learn anything
