Je kunt Italië niet bezoeken zonder minstens één pastagerecht te hebben geprobeerd... Dus we leren je er twee! Leer hoe u 'sfoglia' (verse pasta) met de hand rolt en hoe u met uw Cesarina 2 eenvoudige verschillende soorten pasta vanaf nul bereidt. Als kers op de taart leer je ook de iconische Tiramisu bereiden. Deel je passie voor de Italiaanse keuken terwijl je nieuwe vrienden maakt in deze praktische kookles. - Houd er rekening mee dat onze Cesarine klaar en enthousiast zijn om u bij hen thuis te ontvangen! Alle Cesarine zijn altijd heel voorzichtig en attent op de belangrijke sanitaire regels die nodig zijn, zelfs nu nog meer! De huizen bieden alle essentiële sanitaire voorzieningen voor de gasten (papieren handdoeken om handen te wassen, handdesinfecterende gel, enzovoort). Denk eraan om altijd 1 meter afstand van elkaar te houden en zo niet, draag maskers en handschoenen

Rosa was amazing. She was a great teacher and very funny! The food we made was delicious (tagliatelle, tortelloni and tiramisu). We had the most amazing time.
Federica was an amazing teacher and guide for this class! Alongside my teenager, I learned how to make multiple pastas and sauces, coached by Federica's deep expertise! This was all done in her beautiful home with a stunning view over the city. It was our favorite time on our trip, and made delicious lasting memories! I highly recommend a class with her!

My husband and I had the best time learning from Simon and the food was so tasty! Was a nice change to be cooking and eating at a home rather than a restaurant. Highly recommend taking this class as part of your Bologna visit!

We had a truly excellent lesson with Roberta at her lovely home in Bologna. My partner and I enjoyed it immensely. Roberta was extremely knowledgeable and good fun. We will be back (and working on our pasta making in the interim)!
Our group of five had a wonderful experience with Laura and her son Antonio. They were very gracious even though we were late. The instruction and food were excellent.
We had a wonderful evening with Oriana making pasta and tiramisu. She is delightful as a teacher and a lovely companion at dinner. The table setting and presentation of foods were beautiful. The food was delicious. An outstanding experience! Highly recommend.
It was great to learn how to make pasta from Lisa. She was very welcoming and knowledgeable. She's also going to send us the recipes we made and ate during our class. We are excited to try it at home because it was delicious making it here.
