シュタウプバッハの滝への散歩は、ラウターブルンネンで最も象徴的でやりがいのある散歩の1つであり、あらゆる年齢層の訪問者に最適です。 村の中心からスタートして、花が咲き誇る草原とスイスの伝統のシャレーを緩やかに進み、谷の両側には切り立った石灰岩の崖がそびえ立っています。 歩くと駆け出す水の音が大きくなり、滝に向かって案内してくれます。 シュタウプバッハの滝は、張り出した崖から300メートル近くの高さに落ちており、ヨーロッパで最も高い自由落下滝の1つとなっている。 短いトレイルでは滝の裏側を歩くことができ、岩壁の内側から爽やかで忘れられない景色を楽しむことができます。 徒歩は片道約15～20分と短く、簡単で、信じられないほど景色が良い。 沿線のベンチは、ラウターブルンネン渓谷ののどかな雰囲気を楽しみながら、一呼吸置いて写真を撮ったり、ただただただただ楽しんだりするように誘う。

Sad that we were so short on time that at each stop the guide said. Here is what you could donate thisnstop but we don't have time so just walk the city or each lunch. This was repeated at each stop. And if you chose to do one of the activities and missed the bus you could pay to take the train toothed next stop. SAD. Also our guide Axel, though a nice man only gave information for about 45min total of a 12hr day and on the way back he said he would skip the lecture so we could sleep. I did not pay to sleep. We could have saved money by buying a train ticket and guiding ourselves..

The tour was perfectly systematic. Axel runs the tour with ease whilst you are on the bus and then you have liberty to have your free time, so you are on a tour without actually being on a tour.

I want to express special thanks to the tour operators for their excellent communication and coordination with the tour guides and drivers. At our last stop at Interlaken we took a funicular train up to the top, which I highly recommend! The views are spectacular from up there: you can see the town between the 2 lakes, and there is a special viewing platform up there, where you can stand even above the paragliders flying. Even though we did not get to spend much time up there and tried to get back in line to take the ride down, the crowds were so huge that 3 trains full of visitors went before we could get on the ride to get down to our bus. When I realized that we would not make it back to our bus by the set pickup time, I called the tour operators and they coordinated a pick up for us in an alternative location. So all turned out well and we got picked up to get back to Zurich. Phew! A bit stressful but it worked out. A little tip: if you take the funicular to the top at Interlaken, you can take no more that 10 minutes there to look around and take pictures, otherwise you could get stuck in the queue for the ride down like we did. Overall, this was a good tour, 3 places in 1 day is a lot, and it’s pretty far, so it’s rushed, but worth it!

I was with Axel group, big bus. I got confused about the pick up spot and was left behind by the bus. I’m unable to get in touch with Axel. Luckily I have a what’s up with Zed, I asked for help getting back with my tour group. He gave me information on the timelines on where they will be. I was able to get back with my big tour group in grindelwald. Thanks to Zed!!! You’re awesome!!!
