We had an absolutely wonderful experience! The Fox Fairy Show was spectacular — beautiful, impressive and definitely worth seeing while visiting Zhangjiajie.
But what made the experience even better was the excellent organization. We were staying in Wulingyuan, quite far from the show venue, and the private transfer was arranged perfectly with no extra charge. The driver picked us up directly from our hotel and waited for us after the show to take us back.
A special thank you to David for being so attentive, helpful and responsive throughout the whole experience. He made sure everything was clear and comfortable for us and was always available when we had a question.
Everything was very well organized from beginning to end. We felt genuinely taken care of and would absolutely recommend this experience and this team. Thank you so much! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A wonderful show. Unmissable. A great many actors and the light show is incredible. The rain does not stop it.

Special effects spectacular
Great special effects. The surrounding areas are beautiful.
The performance is average and almost disjointed.
Still worth going.

Spectacle at the foot of the mountain.
One day the most beautiful shows I've ever seen in my life. There's lighting, dance, singing, opera, choir and all live. I highly recommend this tour!

Private guide and driver made the trip smooth, enjoyable and hassle free!
We had a driver and guide for 4 days, who brought us to key Zhangjajie sights including the Fox Fairy show which was amazing! Our guide (Max) was knowledgeable and friendly, and made our entire journey very smooth, without long queues, and enjoyable. His meals / restaurant recommendations were also good - tasty food at reasonable price! Would recommend this private tour.

Excellent Fox Fairy Show
The Fox Fairy show is a spectacular large scale production staged at the foot of the Tianmen mountain. The music, dance,solo and choral singing, combined with special stage and lighting effects, was world-class and probably one of the best live stage performances we have seen .
Our very friendly tour guide, Vicky Liu, brought us to the VIP section of the seats, which gave us an excellent view of the entire stage.
We would strongly recommend the Fox Fairy show when you are in Zhangjiajie city.

We want to watch it again!
The Fox fairy Show is an incredible play, even the locals recommend watching it! Only shown in Zhangjiajie, it is a play written about the love between a farmer boy and a fox girl. (In Chinese mythology, these spirit foxes are shunned upon and seen as evil).
The Private transfer service was so comfortable and efficient. Andy from Viator is kind and helpful, he even managed to get us a ride from the Dujiangyan area and back! The venue is located under the Tianmen Mountain entrance in the city centre (1hour drive away from us!) Sorry for the hassle.
If you are staying in the Wulingyuan area, I would recommend watching the fox fairy show on the same day you explore the Tianmen mountain. (Instead we had to rush to catch the show). But we had so much fun with Viator!

Effortless and magical night
