Excellent service. Highly recommended. I was picked up at my hotel and enjoyed a comfortable ride to the mountains. The tour guide spoke excellent English and used humour to create a lovely atmosphere amongst a group of diverse strangers. The cave is breaktaking and the dark Cave option is a must! Navigating muddy cave holes and ending up in a mud pool! Thank you for a great experience.

I did the day tour with Lyly and Jessica. They were great guides who were super enthusiastic all day and spoke great English. It was a great day!

Lily was my guide and she went out of her way to be helpful. She took many photos and gave some good history lessons. Van was very comfortable and plenty of water

We had an amazing experience with Sovaba Travel during the Paradise Cave and Dark Cave tour in Phong Nha-Ke Bang National Park. Our guide, Jessica, was absolutely wonderful. She was very informative, friendly, and explained everything clearly throughout the journey. The overall vibe of the tour was excellent, and she kept the group engaged and energetic the entire time. The Paradise Cave was breathtaking, and the Dark Cave experience was truly adventurous and memorable. Everything was well organized, and the experience felt smooth from start to finish. We truly enjoyed the tour and would highly recommend Sovaba Travel and Jessica to anyone visiting Phong Nha.

Great trip with David , the caves where cool and worth visiting , David was very knowledgeable and good at explaining the caves and the overall tour , would reccomend , smiley happy funny guy , made sure we had photos in all the best spots and made the day better

Today was a dream. We stepped inside a 300-million-year-old limestone cave ⛰️ The colours of the minerals, the rock formations, the stalactites, stalagmites and pillars… a fairyland! My heart raced and tears welled up walking through something that has been forming over millions of years. Nature’s artistry knows no bounds 🥹 And the trip didn’t end there! Our tour guide was David — a lovely human being. I travelled with my family: my parents (aged 74 and 67), my 12-year-old son, and my husband. From the moment he received us with such warmth, reserving the front seats for my senior-citizen parents, and gently asking “Team David” (as he called our group of 15 from varied nationalities) to walk slowly — soaking in the nature, mindful of a pace that worked for everyone — he held us all so beautifully. David had a twinkle in his eyes the whole day, hosting us in his hometown like we were old friends. He checked in with each of us about food preferences, and we were treated to the most delicious vegan lunch, while those who ate pork enjoyed an equally scrumptious meal. The Dark Cave took the adventure to the next level. Those who met the weight limit could zipline to the cave entrance. It’s called the Dark Cave because, unlike Paradise Cave, it isn’t lit — it’s smaller, with narrow passages, mud and water inside. You wade in, let the mud coat you, and receive the therapeutic gift of Mother Earth. Then you swim through the most beautiful turquoise water (with a life jacket on — you don’t need to know how to swim, really). And after the cave come the most fantastic water activities: a water trampoline, a water zipline where you simply drop into the turquoise lake, a water slide, kayaking. I’m mind-blown at how well this tour is run, and how beautiful and unspoilt the nature remains. There is such reverence for the natural beauty here. The guides — David certainly did — make sure you tune into that reverence, so you mingle and play in the lap of nature with care and love. May these beautiful places be cared for and loved forever.
