We (family with two teens, 13 and 15) had an exciting day at the two caves. Lily was an excellent tourguide who organised everything so well that it went very smoothly. Besides visiting the two caves we had a very nice and tasty (vegetarian as we wished) lunch.

Great experience, especially the dark cave with zipline and mud bath. A real must do. Also fun for kids! David was a great guide and he made perfect pictures.

We had a fantastic day exploring Dark Cave and the adventure park on the Chay River. This is much more than an ordinary cave tour — it is a great combination of nature, adrenaline and genuinely fun activities. The zipline over the beautiful turquoise river was an excellent start. Exploring the cave with helmets and headlamps, walking through the narrow muddy passages and floating in the natural mud bath was unusual and unforgettable. After leaving the cave, we enjoyed kayaking, swimming and the water obstacle course. The whole area feels like a natural outdoor amusement park surrounded by mountains and jungle. Everything was well organized, and the necessary safety equipment was provided. Be prepared to get completely wet and muddy, and bring suitable swimwear. Some activities require a little physical effort, but that is exactly what makes the experience so enjoyable. Dark Cave was one of the most entertaining places we visited in Vietnam. Highly recommended for active travelers, couples and groups of friends who want something more exciting than a standard sightseeing tour. But some there are also plenty of inflatable attractions, though the handles have come off some of them. Still, it's really cool.

We (family of 3) visited Paradise and Dark Caves with Lily. She was a fantastic guide from start to finish. She explained the history and geology of the caves, answered our questions and had a great sense of humour that made the whole day even more enjoyable. Lily cared about everyone in the group and made sure we were comfortable, safe, and having a great time. She also took loads of great pics throughout the day 🥰 We learned a lot, laughed a lot, and created some wonderful memories. We highly recommend Lily and the soleba travel tour. Please dont miss it when you are around Hue.

Great experience! We left from hue at 4:15am, so very early starting call, but it was well worth it! I travelled with my family (7 people) and we were sent our own van which was very appreciated. Our tour guide was David and he was very helpful and caring for our group. Only downside was that we were not aware of the 1km incline walk to get to the entrance of paradise cave. It was very doable for most people, but very difficult for our grandmother (elderly). She would have prepared otherwise had we known beforehand. She loved paradise cave, but found the hike up very arduous. Lunch break was very delicious and right at the dark cave site! For the dark cave, we preempted the risk and our grandmother didn’t participate. The rest of our group loved the experience and would 100% do it again. As a disclaimer, we are all strong swimmers and in good shape. The path to get to the mud bath area was very dangerous and slippery with very sharp rocks along the way. It took 10 minutes to get from the entrance of the cave to the mud bath area. Only water shoes are allowed into the dark cave (no flip flops allowed). We would recommend wearing the water shoes since the path is full of sharp rocks and extremely slippery. We went to and from hue and arrived back in hue at 8:15pm. Overall, paradise cave was incredibly impressive and the dark cave was a super fun experience. Keep in mind the trek up to paradise cave and wear the proper shoes into dark cave. Last shout-out to our guide, David, who kept us all on-time and guided us through both caves! Thank you!

Did the full Paradise and Dark caves tour with Sovaba. Booking was easy direct with the company. They were friendly and easy to deal with. Included pickup from Hue and we even got it own van for extra space. The actual tour was with guide David - he was very friendly and shared a lot of information and stories. Took many pictures for us. Always accommodating and with a smile. The cave themselves was spectacular!! Do the dark cave, it was well worth it! Thanks for the fun filled day!

We had a great time today at paradise cave and dark cave. The food was good, the staff were friendly and helpful. David our guide was very nice. We came up from Hue and our driver was also very nice and accommodating. But oh the caves!! Out of this world!!! Pictures and videos do not come close to reality. A must see!!!

What a wonderful trip was! Our tour guide Lily's so funny and attentive to us! Planned and organized well. It was interesting to visit the places in Phong Nha. My kids and I fell in love with water games at Song Chay River. Highly recommend!
