We reached to this agency after reading a lot. When we inquired about this tour we asked for characteristics and pictures of the tents in order to select the right one. After days of asking pictures to the men, he sent us a few pics of a tent and camp and we agreed on the prize for it. After that conversation we continued talking, asking him about our luggage, the possibility of not going doing the camel ride and if the prize was right for the tent we were having. The morning of the tour the picked us up from the hotel and took us to a street where there were a lot of vans parked, at the moment we were going into the van they told us to get in, we showed pictures to the driver if that were the tents we were having and he assured us that's what we were getting. The driver didn't speak a lot of english, his driving was ruthless (as every other moroccan) and the views were the same 30 minutes outside of Marrakech and 4 hours after driving. We made some stops at the places the driver had its friend as we already knew it would happen. At the end of the day we got of the van to get to the camp and at the moment the driver told us we couldn't take our handbag with us and we had to do the camel ride to get to the camp, when the assured we could take our cabin luggage and they would drive us to the camp!! So we walked by the camels, carrying our luggage as we had our clothes there... and when we arrived to the camp it was completely different from what we expected. The took us to the basic tents when we arraged for the premium ones!! We talked to the people in charge, we showed them our conversation with the agency and they talked to him, and he didn't want to make a solution because he said he was in the hospital with a health problem. After asking to talk to the camp manager, he arrived he talked to us and moved us to an intermediate camp. We also asked if there would be a vegetarian option and he said he "would make it happen" but at the end he didn't ask anything and we had some vegetables that were there, but not what was promissed. After the night we had breakfast, it was only bread, butter, jam with coffee of tea, not even close of what we were promissed. After going back we talked to the owner of the agency and he didn't want to admit he lied and cheated us, not even saying sorry for what he did. After all, all he cared what for us to pay him, because at the end he blocked us from whatsapp to stop reading my complaints. I upload the pictures of the promissed camp and tent and what we got!!

The room is big and clean and the boss is so nice，we talked a lot! I really enjoy the journey! I promise this is a good choice
