ダルマチア最大のロマネスク様式の教会には、街の後援者アナスタシアの遺体が安置されています。入り口はありません。
ザダル半島の真ん中にある紀元前1世紀のローマフォーラムは、古代ローマの建築物の多くの遺跡に囲まれています。
9 世紀の AC 聖ドナトゥス教会は、フォロ ロマーノの真ん中に位置する巨大なロタンダとしてプレロマネスク様式で建てられました。入り口はありません。
ルネサンス様式の教会を備えた 11 世紀のベネディクト会の女性修道院。修道院では、宗教芸術の常設展示会を開催しています。入り口はありません。

The tour covered a relatively-small area, just the old-town area on the little peninsula where the cruise terminal is. Our guide, Dorja, was a font of information about the WW2 damage the area sustained, and also the ruins of what was once a Roman marketplace, among other landmarks. She also took us to shops to sample cherry liqueurs and local cheeses, and generally made some real (and successful) efforts to give us a realistic feel for the town in the 2 hours she had with us. Her English was very good; we had no trouble understanding her. We highly recommend her.

Having a tour guide that is a native local is the way to go. Dorja was very well informed of every site we saw, and also took us to a few local shops and suggested local spots to try for meals of local dishes.
