We received excellent, punctual, safe, and pleasant service. Without a doubt, we will use them again on our next trips.
The communication with the pick up was easy and great. The ad posting was misleading. The AD reads like a round-trip purchase, but it's a one-way trip. Seeing how it was a one-way trip, I thought it was actually a little expensive. Our Uber back from the hotel to the airport was only $45 USD, whereas this trip was $75 USD for a 1 way trip.

We are sorry to learn that the service description gave the impression of a round-trip booking. We would like to kindly note that the booking confirmation specifies a “one way transfer,” and the product name reflects that the service can be arranged for both ways - to and from the airport - depending on the selected option. Regarding pricing, our service is structured differently from on-demand rideshare options, as it involves a pre-arranged transfer with scheduled pickup coordination. Do not book with this company!! I’ve booked this company for a private transportation service for 3 people. The company itself does not provide the service, they are simply a 3rd party who books an Uber for you! I was unaware of this until our driver arrived.! The Uber driver complained that we did not book Uber XL to accommodate our size and tried to make us pay him extra just to drive to the airport. He did not have enough room for our luggage (only 2 bags per person) and initially didn't want to help us put the luggage in the car. He was also unaware that the Uber was booked through a 3rd party. If I wanted to ride an Uber, I would have booked an Uber myself. It makes no sense to buy a “private service” with them if all they’re going to do is book an uber. I suggest finding another company or go book your own Uber!! I contacted customer support and they refused to issue a refund for the lack of communication, professionalism, and integrity. I’m very disappointed.

Also, the transportation service itself was arranged, managed, and dispatched by our company in accordance with your booking. If at any point during the service there are concerns regarding the vehicle, luggage capacity, or driver interaction, our dispatch team is available 24/7 to assist passengers in real time and provide immediate support or alternative arrangements. As we were not notified during the service regarding any issues, and the service was fulfilled, we are unable to issue a refund. Thank you for your understanding. We were not initially given any direction as to where to go to get the ride. When we did we were then told to go elsewhere which after a 28hr flight and two large cases was a walk too far. Immediately the driver pulled out stating personal issues. We then had to wait for another ride which turned out to be Uber anyway.

Please note that pickup instructions are automatically sent via text once the flight lands, and we are always available via text or call should passengers need any additional guidance. In this case, the initial driver was redirected to a different post by airport personnel, which prevented the scheduled pickup. We immediately dispatched another driver, who ultimately completed the transfer. We understand how frustrating this situation must have been after a 28-hour journey and while handling heavy luggage. The driver was great: friendly but professional.! He was on time! My one suggestion would be that, after a change in plans, that the change would be reflected somewhere in writing, be it a text, email, or an update on the ticket. I had to make a change but was worried that it hadn’t actually been made.

Our flight was very delayed until well past midnight. Communication was easy and it was nice to be reassured that we still had a ride, ready to pick us up! Our driver was friendly and his car was immaculate! We highly recommend!
