Very pleasant. On time. Vicky was great and kept us informed of all that there is in Vancouver. She was great

Our flight had several delays, so I knew we would miss our pickup time. I contacted Viator to make them aware of our situation. They were very understanding & helped me to do all that was needed to keep our driver informed. Our driver text & spoke with me several times to assure me he would be waiting for us. After all our delays I was impressed with how well it all was done. Have scheduled them again for transport back to the airport later this month.

Libo was very professional and very helpful. He sent a little video of how to exit the airport and where to find him which was very helpful. Exceptional service

The driver and I were in constant communication. When our plane landed, he let us know where he would pick us up, his license number, etc. He helped with the luggage and it was a smooth ride to our hotel. Our driver was very personable and helpful and he shared his knowledge of the area.
