Very poor service from this vendor. Ordered a Van as shown in description for 4 Adults with 5 large luggage. They send a driver with a small SUV. Responded after 8 hours that vehicle can hold 5 small carry ons. No one responds to calls texts or emails. Do Not use. Very bad vendor.

Wei was punctual, pleasant and very helpful with our luggage. The ride was smooth despite heavy traffic. Definitely would highly recommend!

I am only rating this as good/excellent because there was considerable traffic delays at the Montreal Airport. Our ride arrived an hour late. It was not his fault. He was in communication with us during the delay. After picking us up he apologized profusely for the delay. Again it was not his fault. We could easily see the delays on the highway. What was very nice and unexpected is that when we arrived at the Embassy Suites he offered to give us a free ride the next day to where ever we wanted. This worked out very well because we needed a ride to the cruise terminal the next afternoon. He was there right on time and got us to the terminal. He was very professional and courteous and helped us with our luggage all the time. I do not remember his name unfortunately. And yes, I did tip him for the extra trip the next day. He had to drive from the airport to downtown without any passengers just to come and get us.
