A fantastic experience, Rafa and José Luis were very attentive, friendly, and kind; it was a pleasure to deal with them. Additionally, we were lucky to have calm seas, crystal-clear waters, and a bit of cloud cover, which was ideal to avoid sunburn. The route lasts about three hours, but it is very enjoyable and passes quickly. Before starting, they provide training and tips that are very useful during the route, and they explain the characteristics of each corner in a very engaging way so that we all understand. They also took separate photos for us to avoid getting our equipment wet, and we can download them in a few days on their Facebook. You can tell they enjoy their work. The reef from the road is very beautiful, but from the sea, it is amazing. It's a shame we couldn't get closer, but it is understandable; it is a protected area and should remain that way. I recommend it as an essential activity to enjoy Cabo de Gata.
Very nice, but also difficult (in a lot of wind) activity. Blissful to kayak at sea, culminating in snorkeling (was 1st time). Very good, correct and nice guidance, English is sometimes a bit of searching, but that is also part of the fun and very pleasant that everyone does their best to be the only Belgians to take us into account. Highly recommended!
Protecting yourself so full sun ☀️ , Have shoes suitable for water, take fresh water
Everything great, the snorkeling equipment fine, but basic. Unforgettable experience, idyllic landscapes and professionalism
Kayat Happy San José totalmente recomendable son muy profesionales. The experience is stunning and more family friendly.
i was the only non-Spanish in the group but the guides were very nice to take care of me, trying their best to explain the nature and history of Cabo de Gata. of course, when it cames to water-sports safety comes first they arranged it quite well with 3-4 guides and a speed boat in case anyone of us cannot kayak any more
There is nothing like seeing everything from the sea!The majisimo guide and the stunning sea, an experience to repeat and recommended to 100 × 100
Perfect organization, very good briefing, we were in a grotto and an open cave with the kayak - good explanation, kayaking on the coast in calm seas very relaxing. Snorkeling was not so good, right next to a bathing beach, unfortunately with many small medusas (jellyfish), our guide had for the skin irritation but a good ointment with him ... José as a guide and his colleague were great
What an awesome adventure!!! We had a great time, the views have been amazing but the best thing was that the monitors have been super aware of us, we were 4 in the kayak and it has cost us a bit the truth, and they have helped us in everything. Experience to realize without doubt!!!!
Let’s just say, that celebrating my birthday could have been better. There was 8 of us in total, two English families, both with young children and teens, (9, 10, 16 & 16). We requested the option of an English tour guide, but they spoke very little English. We waited on the beach for 20minutes watching the other tours companies give detailed instructions and briefings. All Spanish and other nationals were given a thorough introduction, including safety practices. The only instruction we had was how to row! There didn’t seem to be any organisation regarding the event at all. This is a lot of rowing, not a little jaunt around the coast. They try and give you a little history along the way, but in the little English they speak it was difficult. After a few hours of rowing nowhere, your then taken to another nowhere in particular and told to snorkel. It would have been better had we got onto a beach so the little ones could get out and explore. This excursion is not for the weak, be warned…If we could have ditched the kayak we would have.
