Matthew was absolutely fantastic! What a terrific young man. Very knowledgeable about Quebec City and surrounding areas. I had a rather stressful trip through Toronto, but it all melted away in an exceedingly comfortable vehicle and a most pleasant drive to my hotel. I strongly recommend this service and especially the driver.

Our driver was fantastic! On the way to our hotel, he gave us restaurant recommendations and drove around the city a bit to show us some of the site we should visit. He clearly loves the city and has a lot of pride in it and I loved that he wanted to share with us some of the special places we should visit. After a very long day of travel, that was delightful!

Richard met us in the baggage claim area, (he was there even before our luggage arrived( with a sign with my name on it, helped get our luggage to the SUV, which was conveniently parked right outside just a few steps from the door, and drove us to the Fairmont Le Château Frontenac. Friendly, professional and well-dressed driver. Additionally, I needed to correspond with the company about upgrading to a larger vehicle because the two of us had 4 checked bags, and about possibly needing to reschedule because we had a tight flight connection due to a delay in our first flight. Each time, they responded quickly and politely. Would definitely use this company again if we come back to Quebec City.

Service was excellent. The lady who picked us up was on time, and dressed professionally. She also recommended the best place to eat dinner in the area.
