My daughter's (and bf's) flight was delayed, then cancelled and then re-instated and ended up arriving to Hamilton Airport 7 hours after scheduled arrival time and 2 o'clock in the morning! Steve and Annette (?) were amazing on the phone returning voice and text messages. Harold, the driver, waited for them at that ungodly hour and drove them to Niagara Falls. He then waited to make sure that the hotel still had their room. Amazing service! Would use them again in a heartbeat!! If I could, i would give them 10 stars!
