I recently booked a tour of Yehliu, Shifen, and Jiufen through MyProGuide via Klook. The booking process was efficient and the company sent timely emails. Also, the tour guide, Vincent Wu, reached out privately to confirm the meet-up time, location, and itinerary. Both the agency and the guide were responsive to inquiries. Vincent served as our tour guide and maintained a relaxed yet fun and engaging demeanor throughout the day. His English proficiency was clear, and he offered helpful tips to navigate the itinerary in a way that was both smooth and less physically demanding. (Perfect to those with aching knees like me!) Additionally, he assisted with taking photographs at the various locations. The bus transportation provided was comfortable, and the driver operated the vehicle professionally throughout the trip. The itinerary was well-organized, allowing us to complete the scheduled stops seamlessly. Despite experiencing rain during the latter half of the day, the tour proceeded as planned without issue. Overall, this tour provided a well-managed experience. I would recommend this itinerary to others interested in visiting these locations in Northern Taiwan.

Anderson was great! He messaged me through whatsapp the night before and was 15min early for our pickup. Car was clean and A/C was used properly. We really wanted to see all 3 sites at our own leisure. I know we didn't want to spend too much time at Yehilu & Shifen and spend more time in Jiufen. We spent about 30mins in Yehilu, ate lunch for about 40mins in town and about an hour or so for Shifen/waterfalls. Unfortunately, with the traffic going up to Jiufen we still only had about 2hrs to explore. I was hoping for about 3 hrs since we rushed the other sites. 2 hrs was not enough to explore the small town. But we were able to sit and enjoy some tea and do some shopping. We started at 945am and got dropped off by 715pm, making the trip about more the 9 hrs. Well worth it!

We had a 11am pick up time right outside our Airbnb. Our driver’s name was Ken Lee and he was an English and mandarin speaking driver. It was just a fantastic day the highlight being releasing the lantern in Shifen. My friends and I enjoyed Ken’s guidance at each location regarding what to do and where to go. And he was great for us in the sense that he left us to our own devices and left us to explore freely. On the way home Ken also made many recommendations for food for us in the city that weren’t overly hyped that he thought was nicer than some of the overly hyped places to go to. Thanks Ken for an amazing day!

Jerry was personable and made our day trip very memorable. He showed up on time and gave us insight on the places he took us to.
