Another park where you explore and profit from the animals. Whoever cares about animal life, run away from this place.

The experience of the park itself is exciting. It has many thematic and allusive places to culture and the country, has a lot of history, a lot of color, a lot of activities and a lot of animals. It has several water sources that allows to fill the bottles throughout the day, several wc. The evening show is one of the most valuable moments. Between the story that is told, the acts, the whole production, the entrance to the plot with all the characters.. It's just wonderful! Unfortunately, the negative side is the size of some of the habitats. pumas, jaguars, dolphins, manatins, sharks, rays.... Everyone with minimal space in front of what they really need. In addition to being large animals, they are species that travel long distances and need constant stimuli. The black jaguar is clearly disturbed by the behavioral pattern. In these cases, pumas and jaguars are in a pit that is literally a pedestal of display... For those who complain that they haven’t seen them, the animals also have a place to shelter, they aren’t always out there. The birds, in some cases are also in smaller places and that do not allow a free flight... For those who do not love iguanas, monkeys, among others, it is a place where they move freely throughout the park but do not engage with people unless they are bothered. Maybe it was a one-time visit. It is valid by experience, but the conscience is not calm. The value pays off if you consider the maintenance of the park as a whole. But, if we think of the individual experience, it can be a little high considering that extra activities or photographs and feeding are apart. (If you purchase the plus package includes 1 meal).

Really disappointed, me and my husband have had this on our bucket list for so long and booked for the rivers and cultural experience. The animal cruelty is out of this world. I am disgusted with how small the enclosures are, there were 7 turtles piled on top of each other, I will attach a photo too. Manatees, sharks and dolphins were kept in very similar enclosures. Rivers were beautiful but seeing the animals like that ruined our whole experience, we left early unfortunately and would not go again.

A very beautiful park with a great evening show. The organization, however, is catastrophic! As a family, we had XCaret Plus tickets, which include transportation. Although the park already opens at 8:30 AM, our pickup was scheduled for 9:15 AM. Our hotel is at a distance of 8 kilometers from the park; this distance is covered by car in 10 minutes. Since only a single employee was assigned for check-in at pickup, and we also drove to other hotels and parks, we did not arrive at the park until 11:00 AM. Because of this, we were deprived of 20 percent of the actual time. We were therefore unable to see many attractions at all. For the pickup, we were told that we had to arrive at the bus by 9:30 PM at the latest, as it would definitely leave the premises by 9:40 PM at the latest. The departure was finally at 10:00 PM! Conclusion: the park is nice, but way too crowded, the organization is a disaster, and it is completely incomprehensible how one can issue such a large number of tickets for a single day. The park is exclusively profit-oriented; the environment, nature, or animals are of as little interest as the experience of the paying guests. We would not come back. I recommend that interested parties travel individually and arrive at 8:30 AM. Never again a package!!

It was a wonderful experience, it is something you have to live; regarding the staff, their kindness and treatment are incredible; regarding the facilities, the only thing I would improve is the shower and bathroom area, I think they are insufficient for the number of people who visit the park. As a recommendation, book the photo package; it is totally worth it and gives you more opportunity to enjoy the tour without worries.

It is the 3rd time I go and everything is super nice, the food at the Jalisco restaurant is very delicious and the final show is incredible, the park is great.

The park is very good, worth exploring in family and not being stuck to a group or schedule. However, the translations leave only 16h and 21h so it's 8 or 80. The guide is nice on the go, but after you “deliver” ended the friendship, you ask and have doubts after, at the exit of the 21h form if queues and no one knows where the buses go, you ask and it is “go to queue and wait” do not help you in anything those who work with red shirt from the transfer. Do not swim in family, the photos are separated, leave a person in the auditorium taking their photos. Restaurant that sits on top of a kiosk, has a perfect guacamole! Crown cracking. I did not close all inclusive to be able to have this option of entrances only in one place and be able to blink in another. Cardboard ok, according to tourist city. The underground river and the show were nice , the rest was just average, aquarium and museum nothing special.
