I waited over an hour for the pick up from my hotel, when I eventually got hold of the company, they informed me it was too far out of the pick up area.
Dear Samantha, Thank you for taking the time to share this, and we're truly sorry for the experience. Waiting over an hour without clear information is not the standard we hold ourselves to, and we completely understand your frustration. Our transfer service runs within a defined pickup zone, and it seems your hotel fell just outside that area. The real failing here was on our side: this should have been flagged clearly at the time of booking so you were never left waiting. For that, we sincerely apologise. We'd genuinely like to make this right. We'd love to offer you a complimentary hamam ritual on a future visit as a gesture of goodwill. It was good for the price. There were times that I didn’t have much direction on where to go next but I enjoyed it. Make sure you bring a swimsuit and I would suggest bringing your own flip flops and towel. They did not provide a robe. But again it would recommend for a quick solo activity. They worked with me about the bus which was so helpful and picked me up downtown.

We had an amazing time at this Hamam. They picked us up directly from our cruise port with virgin voyages. When we got there he was very informative about every thing that was included. They had Additional add on there as well we did an extra 40 min massage & salt scrub. After we could relax at the roof top, very beautiful. Others are very touristy, this one was traditional
