禅朝カヤックツアー with マリオ

We were so excited about our morning trip with Mario and were not disappointed. My wife and I were completely new to Kayaking and unsure of what to expect but Mario made us feel safe and confident from the very start. In fact, we were such beginners that Mario helped us navigate from the starting position and stayed with us (even using a tow!) until we were more confident and able to do it by ourselves. Mario is such a great host and told us so much about his home town and country. We learned about history and had the best morning and spent so many happy hours on the water chatting and laughing with Mario and the other guests. What we really enjoyed is that Mario only takes small groups out. This means that you can get a more personal experience and (like us) you don't have to feel bad or worried if you are a beginner or nervous. For us, the trip on the water with Mario was one of the highlights of our trip to Cavtat. It is probably the best value for money you will spend in Croatia and simply a lovely day to have some exercise, met some nice people, learn about Croatia and have some fun in a beautiful location. We will definitely be back to Cavtat and hopefully to see Mario again. Colin/Miriam from Ireland.

We went on the Zen Morning Kayak with Mario. As it was in early October it ended up being just my husband myself! We both kayak so we ended up going a bit further and for longer than our assigned time! Mario is such a friendly, reassuring guide. As other reviewers have said he adds to the tour with lots of extra information. He also takes the time to take lots of photos for you. We stopped for rests and went at a lovely pace. It was a brilliant morning-we loved every minute! If you are a beginner the twin kayaks are so stable. I would highly recommend this tour. Thank you Mario!

Really enjoyable tour. We had never sea kayaked before but felt well looked after and Mario was a great guide, very knowledgeable about Cavtat and its history. A lovely way to spend a morning.

Great morning on the water. Neither of us had Kayaked before, and neither can swim, but that did not stop us and is not needed to take part. Ideal and easy for first timers, relaxed pace, informative, peaceful way to see Cavat and surround areas from the water, great views everywhere you look. Instructor being local and Cavtat born and raised is informative, fun and dry sense of humour, made for a good trip. 1hr stop off at St. Peter's Island was ideal, arms were starting to tire at that point, so the chance to relax, swim (with our flotation vests on) in the clear warm water and get a great cocktail at the bar on the island (expensive but worth it!) was welcomed. Would definitly recommend and we will be kayaking again in future.

Fabulous trip. Although im no spring chicken i kept up with the group. Mario was prepared to tow if required. He takes you to a beautiful island. Top tip take a drink and some snacks. You have a waterproof barrel where you can store your things. I loved every minute, and now feel ready to compete 😌.

This was one of our highlights of our trip already. Mario taught not only how to say "Pomalo" but remember how to do it :) Would recommend to all

We had a fantastic morning kayaking with Mario and two other couples. The sky was blue, the water clear, the itinerary well paced, and Mario a fine teller of tales! We enjoyed hearing his stories of how life has changed in Cavtat over the years, and why he has chosen to live the life he lives. We highly recommend this kayak tour with the Zen master...a bit off the beaten path. Peaceful and active at the same time.
