Sara was amazing: hugely knowledgeable and a fantastic guide. We were taken through the various wines and balsamic vinegars in the context of the fascinating history of the property. A very worthwhile experience.

Wonderful experience with an excellent guide 3 wine and 3 vinegar tastings. Already done in June 2021 repeated in January 2026. There is no two without three!!
Very good vinegar and wine tasting. The place is quiet and peaceful, very welcoming staff. A hidden gem surrounded by the emilian hills and vineyards
It was a surprisingly pleasant tasting, from start to finish. The path slipped away naturally, led by a really good girl, prepared but never heavy, able to explain with simplicity and passion without taking away space from the pleasure of tasting. All good, all centered: the aromas, flavors, the balance between wine and vinegar made the experience harmonious and fun. No downtime, just growing curiosity and glasses that invited the next taste. A tasting done well, which puts you at ease and leaves you wanting to return, smiling and with a satisfied palate.
