5. ロンドンホテルまたはビクトリア鉄道駅/コーチ駅からお迎え後、900年以上の歴史を誇るウィンザー城へ。 ウィンザー城は世界最古かつ最大の連続占領城であり、現国王チャールズ3世の公邸でもある。 ここでは、豪華な州立アパートメント、グランドレセプションルーム、そして多くの国王夫妻の休憩場所となっているセントジョージのロイヤルチャペルを見学します。ウィンザーで約1時間半の滞在となります。
6. ウィンザー城を見学した後、サウサンプトンへの旅が始まります。 サウサンプトンに着いたら クルーズ船ターミナルで... ポーターが荷物を預かり、キャビンまで確実にお届けします。 午後1時30分～午後2時の間にクルーズターミナルにお預けする予定です。

- 7. ウィンザー城は火曜日＆水曜日が休館日です。 このツアーは、これらの日にウィンザーの歴史的な町に立ち寄り、ゲストは町を楽しんだり、お店を見たり（おそらく最後の贈り物？）、地元のカフェやパブでリラックスしたり、リフレッシュしたりするために1時間半の時間を持ちます。

Company that was booked got our location wrong and never arrived to pick up. Communication was spotty as we got up early for this adventure and waited for them to tell us they could not pick us up. Ended up paying a premium price to Uber to our cruise ship (2 hours away) to make sure we got there on time. DO NOT recommend this booking as we saw afterward that others had the same problem.
The driver contracted by Your Shore Time insisted we pay extra money beyond the cost already paid to Viator. He threatened to put us out of the car on the side of the highway. We were forced to pay extra to make it to our cruise on time. Viator and Your shore time have yet to address this.
Communication was very poor. Booked transport from London to Southampton Port. Kept getting messages about pickup at the port. Had to confirm multiple times where our pickup actually was. Told the day before the driver had another pickup and would call with confirmed time. Driver never called and I had to call vendor again. When driver finally arrived he said he was never given my contact info and didn’t realize there was a second pickup. If I hadn’t called I think we would have been left behind. Pickup was scheduled for between 7:30 and 8:00 am. Got to Windsor around 8:45. We were given 2 hours in Windsor but Castle doesn’t open until 10:00. No way did we have enough time to enter. Few shops and restaurants were even open when we arrived. Total waste of a visit!! Thought we would get to the port around 1:30-2:00 so we set our boarding time for 1:30. Actually got there around noon so wasted more time waiting for our boarding group to be called. Driver was very nice and apologetic about the pickup snafu though. Don’t waste your money on this excursion!!
