Would recommend adding the helicopter and boat ride in also however didn’t have much time to fit it all in and the last part felt rushed. Was also told the skywalk wasn’t included even though my receipt said it was. However Gia and Milton were good guides.
Had an amazing day to Grand Canyon and skywalk with exceptional guide Gia, very informative and entertaining. Everything was great on time and on schedule. Bus driver Milton was great too enjoyed every minute.
We enjoyed a lot. This was our first time doing guided tour in US and it was very good. Tour guide Gia was very supportive, informative and caring and did her job earnestly. We also liked the included lunch part. Driver Milton was also very good, we did not feel any discomfort during our drive. All and all we would recommend this tour to our family and friends in future
Our experience is awesome our tour guide Gia and driver Milton are amazing they have so much energy had a lot of fun in the bus tour instructions are clear Gia is such an amazing tour guide she put a lot of effort to make our tour run smooth and fun she made us laugh so hard that she can have a show in vegas she give is lot of tips while we're at grand canyon over all amazing experience!!!!
Gia and Milton were an amazing team and we had a great time at the grand canyon. Gia had us laughing so hard that she could have her own show in Vegas. I apprecaite everything they do for the guests and how they treated all of the guests on the bus.
We had an amazing experience on the Grand Canyon and Hoover Dam tour. Our tour guide, Gia, was fantastic – friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly organised throughout the day. She shared interesting facts and stories about the area, making the journey just as enjoyable as the destinations themselves. A special mention also goes to our driver, Milton, who was excellent. He drove safely and professionally, making us feel comfortable and relaxed for the entire trip. The coach was well driven, and we always felt in good hands. The tour itself was well planned, with plenty of time to enjoy both the Hoover Dam and the breathtaking views of the Grand Canyon. Gia and Milton worked together brilliantly to ensure everyone had a memorable experience.

Gia and and the bus driver Milton were top notch from pickup to drop off. Both of them were extremely knowledgeable and also put some great engaging humor to their delivery. I would surely book another tour with the two of them any day. Best first experience to Grand Canyon/Hoover Dam and boy I learned a lot.
We had a great time on this tour with our guide Gia and bus driver Milton! It was hot, but they prepared us well and kept things fun and enjoyable. I’ve never done an adult group tour and don’t always like being in groups, but this was an easy experience that I would recommend to anyone who can handle the mildly challenging physical challenges of walking on rocks and the weather. The folks at the West Rim are lovely as well. Gold medal to Alex/Alejandro for being so entertaining and kind!
My husband and I took the Grand Canyon tour with lunch included. Milton was the driver and Scarlet was the tour guide. They were both very good. Scarlet was excellent. She explained everything. I highly recommend her. We started at 5:30 AM and returned about 5: 30 p.m. There were some extra sightseeing stops included in this tour. It was well worth the money.
