Fantastic day out. We had the best guide & best driver. Driver went out of his way to show us as much as we could fit it. This was the best value ever.

The trip/ outing wasn’t worth it. When we arrived they said they wanted to provide us with information about the boat trip but it was for more money - an instructor & water camera would be another $50 ( AUS). The snorkelling instructor is included online. When we said ‘ no’ the company was adamant we needed one! We said no again and they were not happy. Anyway, we got in boat to do trip and at the end of this they claimed that we lost the snorkelling piece. We know that there was only two complete snorkelling kits and according to the company we had lost the piece because we didn’t pay for instructor! Obviously still upset we refused to pay anymore. Lunch was nice but basic either rice or noodles. No wifi onboard as stated in advert. The driver was friendly🙂 it felt very rushed not 10 hours we were back within 7hrs including the driving to and from Kuta. I would not recommend, if you do go don’t be afraid to refuse to pay for any extras!

Our private day trip with driver Adi was a great success. Adi was very courteous, affable and a great conversationalist. His knowledge capping off an already enjoyable experience. Our time was spent at the amazing Blue lagoon beach with snorkeling experience in the morning, followed by lunch and exploring waterfalls . The afternoon saw us visit the exciting swings and a coffee tasting session at a plantation. There we had the chance to learn about the coffee making process and sampled a variety of distinct flavours. We chose to purchase our own box of the coconut coffee to use for the remainder of the vacation. Finally, a trip to the mesmerising rice terrace for some zip lines, swings and cycling concluded our trip. We would highly recommend both the driver and day trip itself.

we had an amazing day with our tour guide Putu, he was very friendly and knowledgeable. We hit it off from pick up, chatting away. Putu is really an amazing person, saw to our every need. Would recommend this trip.

Our tour guide Dewa was excellent - really helpful and informative. He didn’t hurry us when we needed to take more time (the steps to and from the waterfall!) and spoke excellent English. The tour is good value for money as it covers a lot. Would definitely recommend.

This was our second tour we booked. The cave Waterfall is fantastic and also the temple with the bats. As to snorkeling, we didn't had a very smooth weather, may be it is best to do this in the morning if the sea is not so rough. We enjoyed though the transportation with the small boat! Lunch was decent, nothing special.
