I had only a few hours to make the trip and my tour guide and tour navigator separately made it happen! First, the tour navigator was responsive and made concessions for my specific needs, allowing me to shrink the 10hr tour into just 4hours. The tour guide, Mr Mustara, was there and found me after I arrived Padalarang on the whoosh train. He was professionally dressed and had a good command of English. I communicated that I wanted an adjusted itinerary. He did his best to safely drive me to the locations. He communicated in Busala with the ticket concierge and made sure I was always comfortable. He helped take my pictures ensuring that I made all the touristic stops (including pictures by the tea plantation, white crater and suspension bridge) and gave me a brief description of the history of the place and country. He was also funny and genuinely good spirited. I would recommend him any time, any day 💯
