The monuments we visited were amazing. It would’ve been nice if our driver/tour guide got out of the van and talked about the different monuments like all the other groups were doing. I had many questions that I had to ask other people because he stayed in the van on his cell phone. Our driver seemed to find one guest that he bonded with and chatted with him more than the group. The microphone on the van works fine, but the driver was not loud enough for us in the back of the van to hear much of anything.
Very bad experience, would not recommend. Tour was rushed, driver busy with phone calls. Try alternatives
I’m sure with a different driver it may have been a better experience. This driver kept talking the whole time about traffic and other vehicles and stopping to talk to the police and pointing out useless information instead of just sticking with the monuments and things you wanted to see. I thought he was insulting to a few of the guests, and quite frankly after the first half hour we were ready to hop off.
Our tour guy was excellent. He knew a lot about the city. He was very pleasant, funny, and respectful. Great experience.
Dr Ali is very knowledgeable. He explained everything we saw and had an answer for every question. I was surprised that several of the monuments were either not lit up or weren’t lit up well. I would’ve liked it better if he would’ve walked to the monuments with us. Overall though it was worth the money.
This tour was cancelled by VIator and I am expecting a full refund. Please refund full amount. Thank You
Robert was AWESOME! But in 100 degree weather. a/C not working was unacceptable. There’s invited not work at all and the front one was stuck pointed at the ceiling. Ruined the experience
We didn’t stop at some of the designated stops, it was just a drive-by, driver never assisted anyone in or out of the van. Was an elderly lady having a hard time getting in and out of the van finally a family member asked if he had a step they could use so they literally would have to get the step from the front seat, put it on the ground for her, and then put it back in the front seat. Driver never left his driver seat. Worst experience I’ve ever had on a tour with via tour.
It was a lot of fun! Our guide was super nice and helpful. There is a lot of walking so keep that in mind.
Our driver was nice and had a lot of knowledge of everything. It was an enjoyable experience. Timing was good. Live all the lights at night
