私たちのフードツアーは、共産主義時代のワルシャワに遡るカフェテリアの一種、伝説のミルクバーで始まります。 これらのスポットは、かつて国の補助金でできた食堂で、今でも懐かしい魅力と正直なポーランド料理で地元の人々に愛されています。 最初の立ち寄りでは、昔おばあちゃんが作っていたような、ポーランド名物のぬいぐるみ餃子「ピエロギ」を味わうことができます。 こんなところでいつも食卓に並んでいる伝統的な自家製フルーツドリンク「こんぽ」も一口。 甘く、赤く、歴史に溢れた、まさにバーそのもの。
次は「ハンターズシチュー」とも呼ばれるボリュームたっぷりのビゴスでポーランドのコンフォートフードを深堀り。 ザワークラウト、新鮮なキャベツ、肉、スパイスが合わさった、濃厚でじっくりと調理された料理は、本当に忘れられない一品です。 まさにポーランドの食魂の味です。 洗い落とすには、地元ポーランドのビールとペアリングし、完璧に冷やして風味たっぷりに。
そして、甘いものの出番 ― ― ポーランドの有名なポンチェク、小麦粉で揚げたドーナツにローズジャムや季節の味を詰め込んだ料理。 作りたてがたまらない、地元で愛されるベーカリーで試飲します。 外はカリカリ、中はふわふわ──地元民が行列を作る、食べごたえ満点の一品です！
甘い香りを漂わせるために、濃厚で心地よく、伝統に溢れたポーランドの定番デザートを試食します。 クリーミーなセルニク（ポーランドチーズケーキ ） 、 繊細なマコヴィエツ（ポピーシードロール ） 、 その他の地元の人気料理など、ポーランド料理の甘い側面に耽溺することのできるお店です。 ワルシャワの味を包み込むのにぴったりです。

We enjoyed an evening of trying a variety of Polish food and drinks and pastry. Our host Peter was engaging and friendly, sharing his personal story and explaining the different foods. Although we enjoyed the evening, cost of food/tour seemed a little high for the foods we tasted.

Good food tour around Warsaw, trying a few different dishes and drinks in a couple of places. The guide was very passionate about Poland and the cuisine. We were lucky to get the tour to ourselves.

Great way to experience a new city. A bit of walking, a bit of history and plenty of yummy food and drinks. I was lucky enough to not only have the tour operator Juan as my guide, but I was also the only person on the tour due to some late cancellations. Juan was warm and friendly and is very passionate about making sure people have a great time on his tours. All 5 stops offered a different type of local delicacy which were all delicious 😋 Make sure you arrive hungry, as you’ll definitely be full and satisfied by the end of the tour. Great experience tasting the local cuisine! Juan provided the background to the foods and where the locals go for their favorites! Enjoyed the variety of food and the vodka at the end. Would definitely recommend if visiting Warsaw!

Visiting a traditional milk bar was amazing, after we went to different places, and the experience was made even better by a pretty cool guide!
