After waiting for 10 minutes without seeing you, the guide informed us and herself called you directly to locate you. At the same time, our office team sent you a message through the platform notifying you that the guide had been waiting and would stay for an additional 10 minutes as a courtesy. ​Ultimately, after a reasonable waiting period and having received no response or sign of your arrival, the guide informed us that she had to leave, at which point we sent you a final notification that we marked as a no-show. ​Calling this a "scam" is unfair to the dedicated effort we made to accommodate your language request and to the time our guide spent waiting for you at the designated spot.
