美しく保存された高山の旧市街を巡る2時間のプライベートガイド付きウォーキングツアーです。 旅のスタートは、江戸時代から残る唯一の役所「高山陣屋」で、畳敷きの部屋を探索し、徳川幕府の下で役人がどのように地域統治を監督していたかを学びます。 そこからは、木造の商家や伝統工芸品、情緒ある酒蔵が立ち並ぶ高山を代表する旧市街「三町筋」へ。 何世紀も前の街並みを写真に収めたり、山岳地帯の要衝として栄えた町の様子を学ぶ機会も。 体験の締めくくりとして、歴史ある蔵元を訪ね、地元産の品種を使った試飲会を。 高山の寒冷な気候、澄んだ水、長年の職人技が味にどう影響するのか、ガイドが解説してくれます。 歴史、建築、食文化を融合させたプライベートツアーで、高山の魅力を豊かに、そしてパーソナルに紹介。

Kay did an excellent job as our guide for the jinya government building and old city food tour. She is very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions. It was a great tour for our family. Highly recommend.

Kay did an excellent job giving us a tour of the Jinya building and then the old town. She altered the tour for us as we didn’t want to do the sake brewery, and instead did a food tour. She was very patient with us, as we are traveling with a child with special needs. I highly recommend this tour to learn about the history of the region.

It’s a simple walking tour but our guide - Shuji Mori - made it such interesting and fun, it was an excellent experience !! I recommend this tour as a way to get a view of Takashima and its history on a brief journey.
