They changed my name!!! and they provided a booking number whose existence is denied by Air Baltic; thus , I could never book and they refused refunding me. When you book through Kiwi, they use virtual email addresses and dynamic credit cards to pay the airline. This legally locks you out of managing your booking directly with the airline. The Trap: If an airline cancels a flight and issues a cash refund, that money goes back to Kiwi first. The Revenue Angle: Instead of automatically routing the cash back to your bank account, Kiwi's policy heavily favors issuing proprietary "Kiwi Credits" or travel vouchers. This keeps your cash in their bank ecosystem and forces you to use their platform again, or they levy massive "cancellation service fees" to return a fraction of your cash. Dont bother chatting they are just poor chatbox repeating themselves

When you select the hotel the price becomes double like here is 200 $ when you select it becomes 434$ it looks like scam, I tried 3 times but when you click on it directly goes to the booking .com website and the prices double
The boss daughter is very serious, good craftsmanship, about 10 minutes to make the hair, and can also tell her own favorite shape. kimono are beautiful but make up is lipstick only. Plus, if you come alone, be aware that they don’t have time to take a lot of pic of you. They will do the bare minimum.

The two japanese ladies at the shop were very accommodating. Even though their English was limited, they were able to dressed us up nicely and even took pictures with our own camera phones in their studio for free. It was a wonderful experience that didnt costs that much.
The experience was great and I got to explore town while wearing a kimono! It was a lot of fun and would recommend.

Our host was very methodical in making sure we were dressed properly and explained how long we had, where we could go to take pictures in a nearby garden. She took pictures for us and let us take our own pictures as well. A very kind and helpful host.
I received great service even though I didn't know how to speak Japanese. Everything was well done and impeccable, including the choice of kimono, makeup and hairstyle. She helped me with the photos and they turned out beautiful. This experience was very special for me. Thanks
