This was FANTASTIC!!! Ubud VW tours was the highlight of our trip. We were contacted by Jhon Santanu shortly after booking to sort out all the details of pickup and touring. He and his team handled everything. We were picked up from our hotel in Kuta exactly on time and were given a personal top down tour of Ubud and the surrounding route to get there. We were given great insight into Bali culture and local customs from the VW team whom are natives of Ubud. We were taken to gates to heaven and our guide handled all of the administration of getting spots on shuttle busses and entry into local waterfalls at no cost to us. Halfway we experienced a private buffet lunch in a tucked away restaurant located on the southern face of Mount Agung with spectacular views and great food/service. Even with our first car experiencing a broken component. Jhon and his team were responsive in that an entirely new car was sent to meet us before our lunch had even ended. Our tour took us all across the interior of Bali throughout Ubud and was so worth the money spent. Our tour was set for 8+ hours so we set aside the entire day but the crew was so accommodating and patient that we ended up spending nearly 12 hours out exploring and touring with them. Our 4 and 5 year olds had a blast and the ride was so comfortable and pleasant that they haven't stopped talking about it yet. (Definitely Kid Friendly) Bottom Line -Great Price -Excellent Staff (Request Jhon Santanu if you want the lowdown on all of Bali culture and customs) -One of the best scenic tours I've ever done -Multiple stops for photos and breaks -Extremely professional and accommodating team. 100% will book a tour with them when we bring the grandparents out here.
