We had to wait a little bit because the driver said there was traffic. The driver had my name wrong but we got where we needed to be.

Multiple rides helped to simplify our needs
I needed a ride for 6 people from the cruise port in Rome to the hotel, then to a tour. Our timeline was very, very tight. The driver was prompt, friendly and helpful in every way. He even called his boss to arrange a ride back to our hotel following the tour. Vladimir went above and beyond, thanks!

The Only Way to Travel To and From the Port
Driver was on time and provided excellent customer service. I highly recommend Viator for your transportation to and from the port, especially after hearing the stories from all those that took the bus, train and the fees they incurred along the way.

Picked us up right on time.
Was on time for the pickup. Got us to the port, quickly. Dropped us, right at the Baggage drop for the ship. and helped us with our bags.
