Beautiful boat trip! Kind crew, stunning scenery, and perfect organization. Highly recommended experience!

The ship was completely overcrowded, as a result not enough seats. Unfortunately, the fellow passengers were also not ready to move together so that everyone could sit. We confessed for three hours. The staff were equally unfriendly and not oriented to solutions. For the money, the poor Service and the short stay you have to think carefully if it is worth it. We wouldn't do it anymore. For us it's a tourist rip-off!

A tease. If before leaving you warn me that there is a possibility that the tour will not be complete for rough seas I choose whether to give up or do it anyway. Everything already planned according to the navigation plan established already in the morning. Sciara of fire at night never seen and Panarea seen only from binoculars. Proposed by the captain an extra excursion to Lipari of 10 € per person by coach that excursion is not... But rather a frantic race through the curves of Lipari that makes you see nothing but only three kiosks that must sell already with fixed stops to the driver. Total disappointment!!!! No refund is no seriousness. We were treated like objects

Absolutely unmissable and unforgettable experience, despite the morning rise 😅. Recommended the optional paid tour (10 euros per person) before descending to Lipari, where you can admire and learn about natural beauty unique pieces of history. Moreover, all "seasoned" by the explanations of Mrs. Angela (the Commander 😇), a real portent... a spectacular woman, prepared and full of energy, which made the tour even more interesting and enjoyable. Too bad about the whims of the wind, which made the return quite choppy, but as a son of a sailor, I compliment the captain.

I am giving a star but if I could I would give O. Bad experience from start to finish. It was supposed to be a relaxing day, it turned into a floating nightmare. Not recommended. It was a *waste of time and money*, in no uncertain terms. A ferry sold as an “experience”, but in reality *a tourist trap*: paid *four times as much as a normal passage*, with the promise of a dream itinerary and impeccable organization. Reality? They *dumped us on deserted islands*, without directions, without guides, *without even knowing where to go or what to do*. Hours and hours under the sun, disoriented, waiting for nothing. No Welcoming, no explanation, just *confusion and wasted money*. when they say a Guide is included, they don't mean the usual nice Guide who accompanies you to the islands and tells you interesting things. They mean that ONLY while on the boat and for many hours, a woman speaks incredibly loud and tells a lot of unnecessary things (only in Italian 99% of the time). Everyone we talked to on the boat had headaches from this woman. People wanted to read or sleep on Longer Journeys and it was impossible because of him, he was essentially doing a monologue and nobody was listening. Not to mention how much this woman sponsored their extra €10 tour, definitely not included and the money went fully to the staff. They didn’t offer anything, as you usually do, after paying 150€ per couple, I miss a glass of water. When we had to get off at the port and the others had to stay for the fanatical EXTRA TOUR who had to get off was treated like a waste, an immigrant. Zero comprehensions, a girl was not feeling well while she was going down and they asked her several times with anger and haste if she should come down or not. If these are ways we are in another world here, I can not understand, a lot of money for nothing, we were in 6, I let you imagine the price, a disappointment. I have never been treated like this, it seems to me to be in another world, in an immigration boat, overcrowded and without seats, poor staff and mindless of everything, smoking and throwing butts into the sea, polluting. Bars with exaggerated prices, and on the other hand they didn’t even give you the receipt, just from finance. And not happy with the amount they had collected, they decided to make a small game costing € 1, for a stupid painting. I don't know what to tell you anymore, I'm just trying to convince myself for two days that it was a good experience, I don't wish it on anyone, I wouldn't even go back if it was free, They make you believe that you will experience something special, and instead you find yourself in the middle of nowhere with the feeling of being *made fun of from beginning to end*. An experience that was meant to leave memories, but instead leaves only *bitter taste in the mouth and the wallet lighter*. Well what about.... I recommend it ... (if you want to spend a day of hell)

Bad experience, an organized scam.I marvel as the Gf has not yet intervened .. A bar at the entrance where the receipt does not even know what it is where they sell products with the price increase of 450% .. And a ferry with two stops that pretends to be excursions .. It accommodates about 300 people abandoned to themselves .. An operator who does everything also cleans the toilets is a guide is responsible for boarding where you advertise a tour of stramacchio for the entire trip unbudgeted ) at a cost of 10 € not billed from miles away always from the coasts .... then for those who do not participate is abandoned on an island aimlessly every one on its way waiting for their business in black .. on the return drum roll lottery 1 euro with a symbolic win to complete the daily spoils in BLACK so the crew shares another 300 € aum aum .. I conclude here by saying that those who want to make these destinations can take a ferry directly where they can find more hospitality and definitely save something by having a better Service.

Today we took part in a wonderful mini cruise to the Aeolian Islands with Tripodi Navigazione and we were thrilled! The crew was kind, prepared and always available. Angela, the captain, was an exceptional guide for the whole day: she told us with passion and competence the history and geology of the islands, legends and mythology, as well as the traditions of the inhabitants. Each explanation was full of details and curiosities that made the experience even more special. Among breathtaking landscapes, crystal clear sea and fascinating stories, this trip was not only an excursion, but a real journey into the soul of the Aeolian Islands. Highly recommended for those who want to experience the islands in an authentic way! 🌋💙

So.... zero vote....paid 170.euro per couple... The bus. Where to arrive at 6.15 instead arrives at 6.50 to begin.... day with rough sea after a half hour of travel half of people begins to vomit, but ok... to me the sea does not bother, fortunately... cmq excursion consisted of volcano firm an hour and a half then away another hour by boat and you go to Lipari to stop two and a half hours about... all good... then you leave at 15.00 and the only thing that mattered to me was Stromboli be after half an hour of travel to Stromboli you decide that the sea is bad and you do not go any more... before safety.... very well then you did not even leave .... it was from the morning that the sea was thick, also seen people with vomit.... a serious captain and a trained crew warns you immediately what is happening, you could maybe change staying still an hour more in Lipari, but no... nothing to do... at home... you go home even after paying, but the saddest thing is that the people who booked the tour at night were about to embark.... so it is just a matter of money.... sorry for them when they will have the same surprise... Stromboli with lava at night will not see it.... it takes seriousness in things, Moral of the story.... 170 euros per couple total 6 hours boat with people vomiting and 3 hours still on land.... Beautiful experience... the advice

Nice experience, to do if you are in Tropea. Very interesting guides on the ship, too bad that there are also guides on the islands after landing.
