I loved my flight experience with VRP. I recommend them to everyone; they are extremely attentive.

The helicopter ride was really good and everything was well organised. The views were great and friendly pilot. I would recommend it :)

Avoid by all means
I booked a helicopter tour advertised as a 30‑minute flight, but the actual time in the air was only 20 minutes, and we covered about half of the route shown on their own map. When I asked about the missing time and shortened itinerary, the staff claimed that ground time was included in the 30 minutes — something that was never mentioned before the purchase. This is misleading advertising, and the company showed no willingness to resolve the situation or offer any fair solution. Very disappointing experience, and I cannot recommend this operator.

Avoid this Enterprise: Zero Organization and No Empathy
Worst Service I've ever had in Brazil. The flight was fine, but everything else was a complete disaster. We had the tour booked in advance, we arrived on time at check-in (12:00 pm to leave at 12:30) and no one deigned to advise that there would be delay. Just because I went to ask, they told me they “had a setback” and would take an hour. I explained that I had another tour booked and the lady at the counter did not even respond, completely indifferent. Total chaos, annoying people, zero communication and zero empathy. Our helicopter ended up leaving shortly after 2:00 pm, over an hour and a half late, without any apology, compensation or interest for the customers. We lost time, money and desire. The flight can be cute, but with this level of disorganization it’s not worth ruining your day. There are many other more serious options.

Buenas tardes, Nosotros lamentamos profundamente lo ocurrido y queremos pedirle disculpas sinceras. Amamos lo que hacemos. Para nosotros no se trata solo de un negocio, sino de la alegría y las sonrisas que vemos todos los días y que contagian a todo nuestro equipo. Entendemos que no transportamos simplemente personas, sino familias, hijos, madres, padres, abuelos y nietos… Nuestro principal enfoque está en la seguridad del vuelo. Nuestros procedimientos de seguridad y mantenimiento son rigurosos y de altísima calidad. Antes de cada despegue, los pilotos realizan todas las pruebas de los equipos. El helicóptero en el que iban a volar presentó un error en la lectura de los parámetros, lo cual no es común, ya que nuestras aeronaves siempre están con las revisiones periódicas al día. Con el objetivo de minimizar los retrasos, el equipo priorizó el contacto con el personal de mantenimiento y todo el soporte técnico que una situación como esta requiere. Ese día, todas nuestras aeronaves tenían la agenda completa, y había muchas personas siendo atendidas al mismo tiempo. Como el foco fue desviado para agilizar la reparación, cancelar los planes de vuelo y tratar de reubicar a los pasajeros en otras aeronaves, fallamos en la comunicación. Una vez más, pedimos disculpas por lo sucedido. Los retrasos en este tipo de operación pueden ocurrir por motivos meteorológicos, como lluvia momentánea, cambio de viento o restricción en la pista de despegue. Pero como este fue un problema poco común, nuestro equipo no comunicó adecuadamente lo que estaba ocurriendo. Agradecemos mucho su sincero feedback. Nos comprometemos a mejorar constantemente nuestro servicio y esperamos de corazón que lo que realmente quede grabado en su memoria sean los paisajes incomparables y la belleza de la Ciudad Maravillosa.
