Formidable experience! Our guide Joao made the difference. Precise and clear in his explanations. We are Italian and we perfectly understood his Spanish, because he put a lot of effort into it. The language was not a problem, also because he speaks a little bit of Italian. His stories were always very pleasant and rich in anecdotes and nice curiosities. We had a fantastic tour with João, who took us around evora in the morning before it got too hot. We saw a lot of interesting sites including the cathedral, the Roman temple, and the chapel of bones. João was very knowledgeable and engaging, we all learned so much. We had two children in our group (age 7,8) and he was so patient with them and answered all their questions. Highly recommend the tour and João.

Inês and João we fabulous guides-we had the rarw luck of being the only ones on the tour that day and it was like having a walk and talk with two wonderful, knowlegale friends. They showed us sights in Evora we would have completely overlooked without them, and gave us rich context for everything we did see.
