Paco was an excellent tour guide. Would definitely recommend the tour. The trip was very much worth it.

I traveled with this company on August 22nd, and I had a wonderful experience. Our driver, Willy, was amazing! After picking everyone up, he clearly explained the itinerary for the day and gave us an estimated arrival time at our destination. Before visiting each site, Willy would tell us what to expect and give us a short and helpful summary about the place we were about to visit. This helped us better understand and appreciate each location and made the entire experience more interesting and enjoyable. Throughout the trip, he drove very carefully and professionally, which made us feel safe and comfortable. He was very attentive to everyone and made sure that each passenger’s needs were met. The guided visits were also very good and well organized. Overall, I had a great experience and truly appreciated Willy’s professionalism, kindness, knowledge, and excellent service. He played an important role in making the entire trip comfortable, enjoyable, and memorable. I highly recommend this company, and I would definitely travel with them again!

A fantastic trip, Willy Li was a super tour guide, he was friendly, helpful and informative, really enjoyed his company. Niagara Falls itself was spectacular, the trip in the evening and the following morning were so good. The only hitch was my room in the hotel we stayed in had a couple of hitches, the shower barely ran and there was no shower gel left.

It was a great and memorable experience, because of Niagara's own charm, but also because the group unexpectedly surprised to meet fellow Chinese Willy Li. Without deliberately choosing Chinese, I assumed that it was the English group, as Willy experienced a double sense of happiness. He was very friendly and would relax throughout the trip, allowing for a better view. It will also be specially introduced to me in Chinese. Classic attractions are covered and not very rushed, fully enjoyed without exhaustion. I hope to meet him again next time.

Nothing but amazing. I was dreading the long hours in the bus to and from Niagara before the trip. But it proved to be very smooth..comfortable seats, many leg stretcher stop, nice scenery. Niagara Falls was amazing and so was Sam, our guide! Don’t give this tour a miss if you are in Boston!

The guides were patient and careful, and the whole trip included two waterfalls in the United States, which was spectacular. Worth it.

He paid close attention to every member of the group, making sure everyone was comfortable and well taken care of. His time management was excellent. Every stop was well organized, and we had enough time to enjoy each attraction without ever feeling rushed. Thanks to his professionalism and careful planning, the whole journey went very smoothly. Mr. Lee's friendly attitude and dedication made this trip even more enjoyable. We truly appreciated all of his efforts and would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Niagara Falls. Well organised and run trip. Sam was great, very knowledgeable and helpful. Long drive but plenty of stops to break it up.

We have great experience with Willy. Willy explain about the history of Niagara and what we are going to expect in the next stop. The ride is very smooth and we are on time on all of the trips. He make sure we are all back in the right time.

This trip is very well organised ,with visits to all aspects of Niagara Falls,during the day at night..Our guide was very knowledgeable and helpful, the hotel "The Crown Plaza" was close to the falls.The journey was long but that's was to be expected.
