VIP VAN : ハノイから猫場へ、またはラグジュアリーバンで戻る

Contrary to the booking, hotel pickup was not possible because the hotel was not in the old town. We therefore had to take the taxi to the pick-up location. Driver was disoriented at the destination Cat ba and wanted to let us out in the wrong place. Fortunately, we had the route planning on our phone and were able to show the driver how to drive.

Eeg well and comfortably, moreover much faster than with a regular bus...

All in all, it was a disaster! We had opted especially for the more expensive VIP transfer in the VAN to only have to travel to a few hotels. It all started with us not being picked up from the hotel, but driving to their office (taxi was paid to us after a short discussion). On site there was a small VAN, but when we arrived only the two seats at the front of the driver were available - so no comfort, narrow seats, no legroom, no entertainment system, as promised here. The ride went so about 3.5h! We complained and after much discussion got 1/3 of the price back. But it's less about the money, more about the back pain and dealing with us! The manager (written via WhatsApp), wanted to inform the driver that we will get the money paid out by him cash. It doesn't seem to have happened. Likewise, the manager wanted to deduct the driver's money, although he could not help the situation! Absolute cheekiness.

We were sent on this bus instead of the one we were meant to be with the bus company we came out with. But the experience was honestly so much better! The smaller bus made the journey quicker, the AC was cold and the seats were comfortable.

1.5 hours delay for a 2.5 hour journey. We booked transport from Hanoi to Cat Ba at 12:30 by mini limousine bus which was supposed to arrive at 15:00 to Cat Ba. Transport left Hanoi 20 minutes late. By 3:00 p.m. we had not yet boarded the ferry to cross to the island. Because they left Hanoi late they missed the previous ferry and we arrived late to Cat Ba. This delay was not due to traffic as it ran perfectly on the road without any traffic hold. To top it off in the middle of the route we were stopped for a long time in a tourist shop to buy souvenirs. We almost lost our reserved activity in Cat Ba. They're inept and irresponsible. I do not recommend it at all.

As a group of 6, we were picked up from Hanoi and transported to Cat Ba island hotel. The large van was on time and confirmed with me via text message. We also booked a private van back from Cat Ba island to the airport. They picked us up early so we didn't have to wait in the long ferry line and made it to the airport as planned. Reliable and safe driving! Very comfortable and clean car. Would definitely recommend this company!

Easy transport to and from Cat Ba for me to go deep water soloing. Very comfortable and new busses with great air conditioning! I had to change hotels a few times and change the time to return and the staff took care of it easily for me.

From star to finish the process was easy and all communication was excellent, the whole process was very smooth 👍👏❤️😍
