Very helpful with an amazing experience and excursions. Sosa also helped and both worked great to make sure we had an amazing time on our vacation in Punta Cana.

I have an amazing experience with Nexus/Sunwing especially with my operator/guide Estiban Sanchez. He helped us pick out two amazing excursions tailored to our needs, preferences, and interests. I would highly recommend Nexus/Sunwing to book exercisions due to their variety, customer service, and accommodations.

Estiben sanchez Exceeded expectations was very fun experience to ride buggies in different types of terrains and going through the villages of the city. That the caves were really fun to swim in and that the Macao beach was amazing. The price was good for 2 people. Perfect amount of time. Staff was very accommodating and not to many people with us. Good for young people and families.

Wish we had done more research before booking with this company. Unfortunately, the transportation experience was extremely disappointing. While they offered my friend a refund (which we still have not received), we still spent several hours dealing with the situation and lost nearly 3 hours of our vacation time. Now we have to spend even more money booking transportation elsewhere, but honestly, I would rather pay extra than deal with this kind of headache again. Vacations are supposed to be stress-free, and this experience was anything but. I would strongly recommend looking into other companies and reading reviews carefully before booking. Aunque le ofrecieron un reembolso a mi amiga (que todavía no hemos recibido), igualmente pasamos varias horas lidiando con la situación y perdimos casi 3 horas valiosas de nuestras vacaciones. Ahora tenemos que gastar aún más dinero reservando transporte en otro lugar, pero sinceramente prefiero pagar más que volver a pasar por este dolor de cabeza. Las vacaciones deberían ser libres de estrés, y esta experiencia fue todo lo contrario. Recomiendo encarecidamente buscar otras compañías y leer bien las reseñas antes de reservar.

Fun experience, this was our first experience to drive buggies and ATVs. The event lasts around 4 hours, with 50 min total (there and back) for transportation from hotel to the event. Driving the buggies itself was probably an hour. We stopped at a man-made cave river and cacao tasting event. The river was alright, not too claustrophobic, but I do wish it was longer. Macao beach was beautiful though, it's probably my favourite beach I've ever visited, the waves were great and water was clear. Would book again.

My husband and I had signed up for a buggie ride (VIP). Nexus never showed up at our hotel. I have been trying to get a refund from Nexus since November and they tell me THEY ARE WORKING ON IT. I would never suggest using them. They have the worse customer service. NEXUS is not a good company to use for outings. They are used by the hotel we stayed in, but there were better options available. I will continue to fight for a refund from NEXUS...
