I as a mom enjoyed the time there very much with my 14 year old son, it was very pleasant and relaxing and did us both very good. First there was a salt peeling, then we went to the sauna, then we were washed with foam and warm water. We were given a face mud mask and after letting it work with relaxed sounds, everyone got a very pleasant oil massage. The two ladies did a really great job, thank you for that. The only small negative point was the lady at the reception who wanted to sell us even more massage right at the beginning, even after I had denied several times. Otherwise a highly recommended experience.
Dear Guest ; Thank you so much for your detailed and positive feedback! We're delighted to hear that you and your son had such an enjoyable and relaxing experience with us. It’s wonderful to know that the treatments—from the salt peeling to the oil massage—were beneficial and that our therapists took great care of you. We'll be sure to pass along your kind words to them! We're sorry to hear, however, that your experience at the reception was less than ideal. We appreciate your honesty and will address this with our team to ensure a more respectful and pressure-free approach in the future. Thank you again for your recommendation. We hope to welcome you back soon! Warm regards, The Tourmania Team
A very relaxed atmosphere, friendly people. All in all a very nice experience and we will definitely do it again.
Our visit to the Turkish hammam was unfortunately anything but relaxing. Although we had booked the VIP package, we were suddenly told on site that only the standard package was included – and we were to pay an additional €20 per person to get what was actually already booked. It seems like deliberate deception. Especially unpleasant: As a woman, you are washed and massaged by male staff without prior information or choice – which is very uncomfortable and inappropriate for many. During the treatment you were touched in places that have absolutely nothing to do with massage or care. This was clearly cross-border. The decor was in poor condition overall – old, partly broken and not clean. The so-called “salt room” was simply a room with some sand on the floor and a few LED-lit saltstones – definitely not a wellness experience as promised. Conclusion: Expensive, dubious and disrespectful to female guests – absolutely not recommended
Dear Guest, We are deeply sorry to hear about your experience at the Turkish Bath. It is clear that your visit did not meet your expectations, and we sincerely apologize for the distress and discomfort you experienced. We take feedback regarding the clarity of packages, gender preferences, and professional boundaries very seriously. We also regret that the facilities did not meet the high standards you expected. Your comments will be shared with our team to ensure immediate improvements in both service and communication. We truly appreciate you taking the time to provide such detailed feedback. We deeply regret that your experience was negative and hope that your future visits to Turkey will be far more enjoyable. Kind regards, Tourmania Team
Very friendly brilliant massage will deffo come again. Both me and friend felt comfortable. Brilliant drinks aswell thank you again
Thank you so much for your kind words! We're so happy to hear that both you and your friend enjoyed the massage and felt comfortable throughout your visit. It’s great to know you also liked the drinks — we’d love to welcome you back again anytime!
A superb experience. Pick up was on time and returned to hotel within 2 hours. I didn’t opt for the extras, but they are probably good value. The spa was clean, spacious and friendly. The bubble massage in the Hamam was heavenly and the guy giving the massage was excellent and professional. Highly recommended.
We are incredibly grateful that you took the time out to leave us amazing review.
