We took a 17 day trip to Europe, that included 8 cities and 4 countries, and this tour ended up being our favorite experience of the entire trip. Miranda was a fabulous guide, and getting into the Tower of London early to watch the opening keys ceremony and tour the crown jewels before the public was absolutely worth the price. After your time at Tower of London, you also get access to Tower Bridge to end your time on the tour. Highly recommend this tour, the history and setting is life changing.
Excellent guide. Best going early in morning as was not crowded. Have good guide about what to see so you could choose effort level. Guide leaves you on bridge. Worth going to bridge shop
showing up early was great. The guide was informative, and very good. gave us options of what to see depending on our interest. it was definitely worth going to the Tower bridge shop.
Very expensive for what you get but very informative! The Tower has so much history and Don provided us with some good stories about the famous ones. Other groups meet up for the pre opening so it isn’t as exclusive as I thought. You would get to meet a Beefeater anyway once inside. Much time was spent counting the group at each stop. The meeting point is a distance from the Tower so be prepared for a lot a walking.

We would, however, like to clarify that the exclusive part of this VIP Early Access Tower of London tour is access to the Opening Ceremony itself—a rare experience with a very limited number of guests each morning that is notoriously difficult to secure independently. While other early access groups also attend the ceremony, it remains an exclusive opportunity before the Tower opens to the general public, with the Beefeater welcome forming part of that historic tradition. As for the walking, the meeting point is clearly listed in advance and is chosen to ensure the group enters together at the correct time. Taking a moment to account for everyone along the route is an important part of delivering a smooth and safe experience. Our tour guide was very engaging even for my 9 year old. He was very knowledgeable and funny. It was great to chat with a Yoeman and skip the lines before doors open! I highly recommend this tour.

Great tour of the Tower of London and Tower Bridge. We met with a Yeoman Warder and watched the ceremony to open the Tower for the day. And we were admitted to see the Crown Jewels before the crowd was admitted. Our guide, John, was very knowledgeable and funny. I would highly recommend this tour with him.

Leon was an amazing tour guide. He went out of his way to set expectations and tell us what was going to happen, when, where, and how. Lots of walking and steps. Be prepared and this is not the tour for people who have difficulties with steps. Leon knew his stuff and had answers for all the questions directed his way. He was awesome and made the experience that much better. It’s quite expensive but was worth the money. The only complaint I had is that you did not have much time to roam around the Tower grounds and were herded off to the bridge by the designated time. I would have preferred the option to stay at the ToL to explore all things but I understand. Part of the excursion is the bridge and glass bottom walking part, and you have a specific time for that. What we did get to do and see was amazing and I am just nitpicking. Leon rocks!
