What an incredible experience! This was truly one of the best days we’ve ever had. Everything was perfectly organized, and we never had to worry about a thing. Leeza was wonderful to communicate with from the very beginning, and V made my family and me feel so welcomed and valued throughout the day. Their kindness, care, and attention to every detail made us feel like VIPs. Thank you for creating memories we’ll cherish forever. We can’t recommend this experience enough!

I would highly recommend them. I was referred to Vishal for his excellent services so I and my friend booked for the private tour package. I want to praise Vishal’s customer service skills as he made sure we got the experience and that we were satisfied. He really went out of his way to give you an extra next day tour at no extra cost as we were unable to explore those places for our paid tour. He even wanted to take us more places but we were the tired ones. He really went far and beyond just to give us an excellent experience. There’s no way I would forget to add that he takes very great photos, which is a big bonus and would even suggest good photo concepts. He has great communication skills as he made sure to tell us about the places we going to and other details just to make sure we appreciate the nature more. I can go on and on but the fact he cancelled his personal appointment just to make sure we were happy as he didn’t want us to leave Banff without seeing other places is something I respect him for. He isn’t just focused on getting the money but making sure you enjoy the experience. Totally worth every penny for his services.

We had a really great experience with Monarch VIP Tours. There were a few timing issues during the day, so we weren’t able to see everything that was originally on our Banff itinerary. That was a little disappointing at first, but honestly, Vishal handled it so well. He was transparent, did everything he could to make up for it, and ended up giving us an even better experience than we expected. You could tell he genuinely cared about making sure we had a good time instead of just sticking to the schedule. We were really happy with the service. The trip was well organized, the experience was enjoyable, and Vishal’s attitude and customer service made all the difference. I’d definitely recommend Monarch VIP Tours.

From the moment we first contacted the company, the customer service was outstanding. Before booking, I had a few questions about the private tour as there were only three of us travelling and I wanted to confirm that we could book the six-seater van exclusively for our group. Leeza was incredibly helpful, answered all my questions clearly, and made the whole booking process effortless. All the information about our pick-up, itinerary and what to expect was sent over in advance, which immediately gave us confidence that we were in good hands. A few days before the tour, my partner surprised me by flying out to join us in Jasper before Banff. I emailed the company to ask if he could be added to the booking at short notice, and Leeza arranged it straight away without any issues. The communication really was fantastic – the day before the tour our guide and driver, Jugal, messaged us on WhatsApp with our collection details, and as I was travelling with limited signal, the office even called to make sure I had received everything. Our day started with a 7:30am pick-up, and from the moment Jugal arrived he was friendly, warm and welcoming. He took the time to ask what we had already seen, what we wanted to get out of the day, and whether there was anything we particularly wanted to include or avoid. As we had already visited Bow Lake on our journey down from Jasper, he said we could skip it so we could spend more time elsewhere, which was a great example of how flexible and personalised the experience was. I had also mentioned that my dad has limited mobility and couldn’t manage longer walks to some viewpoints. Jugal was incredibly understanding and adapted the itinerary for us, explaining which usual stops involved longer hikes (such as Johnston Canyon) and replacing them with equally stunning locations that we could access more easily. Every stop was beautiful and perfectly suited to our group. Although it was a long day with a lot of driving between locations, it never felt tiring. Jugal constantly made sure we were comfortable, letting us know where the best bathroom stops were, when the next stop would be, and how long we would be travelling for. These little details made the whole day feel relaxed and stress-free. He even helped us organise lunch at a lovely little sandwich shop between Moraine Lake and Lake Louise. At each stop, Jugal came out with us, shared his knowledge about the area, answered our questions, and happily took photos for us. The only exception was Moraine Lake due to the shuttle parking arrangements, but he explained exactly where to go, what to look out for, and where to meet him afterwards. One of the most memorable moments of the day happened when we spotted a mother bear with four cubs while driving between stops. Jugal immediately found a safe place to pull over so we could watch them, take photos and videos, and enjoy a once-in-a-lifetime wildlife experience, all while ensuring we were safe and not causing any disruption to other traffic. The vehicle itself was immaculate, spacious and incredibly comfortable. There were water bottles available throughout the day, the temperature was always adjusted to keep everyone comfortable, and the little surprise of receiving magnets at the end of the tour was a lovely personal touch. This was genuinely the best day of our holiday. My mum, dad and I had spent three and a half weeks travelling through Alaska and Canada, from Vancouver to Banff, experiencing countless incredible activities, drives and tours – yet this day with Jugal and the team stood out above everything else. We genuinely didn’t want it to end. I would recommend this tour to absolutely anyone visiting Banff and the surrounding areas. Even though we had our own rental car, choosing a private tour removed all the stress of driving, navigating, and finding parking at the incredibly busy lakes and attractions. At places such as Emerald Lake, we saw huge queues for parking, while Jugal was able to drop us off close to the sights, even walking us to the sites to make sure we were settled before giving us time to explore. Thank you to Leeza, Jugal and the whole team for creating such a special memory. It was the perfect way to experience the Rockies, and a day we will be talking about for years to come.

Booked private tour and it was a perfect way for me and my older teenagers to see the majority of the major sites without having to worry about navigating or how much time to spend at each location. Our tour guide/driver was friendly, knowledgeable and accomodating. Would highly recommend!

I cannot recommend Monarc VIP Tours more. Everything was perfect. Vishal went above and beyond for my family and I to make the day perfect for all of us. He even allowed us time to do a canoe trip around Emerald lake which was not on the original itinerary. After our tour, Vishal sent us more recommendations for the remainder of our trip to ensure we could maximize our visit to Banff and Jasper. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!
