This service doesn’t have many reviews but it res the least expensive fast track, it was very easy the people were supper communicative and I would def use them again. I will use them when I leave also. The sign when you get to arrivals is clear. They escort you through to the shorter line. It was very easy though immigration. I am unsure if they were supposed to escort to our bags but I may have left them. It was quite easy after immigration. The line was very long on the other side, so money definitely worth spending by saving time.

I was actually skeptical as to whether this would even work. It did, quite well. I wish Fasy Track had been available to other places I’ve traveled to, but so glad it was here this time.

We couldn’t find the person as they didn’t have our names on the card where everyone else did. We arrived at night and the normal lines weren’t too bad but it’s the luck of the draw really.

Usually the custom line is at least a hour. I save an average of 30 min to an hour in line with this service.

. Representative just lets your enter the immigration fast track, and you get into the line. Same service made by other providers but paid less than others. At lot faster than going thru regular lanes. We arrived past midnight & regular line was very long. I probably saved about an hour to hour and a half. Highly recommended when going thru HCM immigration
