Highly recommend! Company provided clear instructions prior to arrival. Customs was busy when we arrived, definitely saved time.

Arrival was made much smoother and efficient.

They guide you to a shorter line. So avoiding long lines definitely recommended. But isn't VIP guidance or anything. Expected more with guidance.

The operator sent a message asking about my nationality (USA). Not sure if this service only works with certain nationalities? Viator does not ask for this nationality information at the time of booking. They provided the information about the company I should look for, but my name was not on the sign when I exited the arrivals area. Make sure you approach them even though you don't see your name. The person who guided me asked for my boarding pass. I showed it to her without thinking, and she took a picture. I asked her what for. She said it served as proof that they met me. Cover the bar code so they can't scan it and access your sensitive info (just in case there are bad actors). I was taken to the wheelchair lane. While there were some people ahead of me, the line moved much faster than the regular line. I got through immigration in about 10 minutes and I was able to beat the rush hour. Worth it for me.

Quick and efficient. Grabbed us from plane exit and put us in fast track line then like a ninja, disappeared when we were done.

Whilst it could work on peak times, off peak times it isn’t worth it. Friendly and easy to spot

After reading varying reviews and not having travel to Vietnam before I thought it best to use this. Unfortunately it actually took longer than if I just walked through normal processing line. I landed outside of the busy time so that could be a big factor. Very easy to find the guide, but he was confused as I didn’t keep my boarding pass and I left it on the plane. This delayed things a bit but it was easily sorted. If travelling in early morning or evening flights I think this would definitely be a quicker solution!

I thought this wouldve made mh immigration pathway quicker, lol my flight landed at 3.59 i was still in the airport at 4:45 the other line was massive but it stll took way to long to go through customs, a digital passport reader would greatly improve the process like in so many other countries. But this did help a little, i still wouldnt call it express lol more of a easier process but certainly not express
