Ilse was such an amazing guide and Omar was such a good driver! We were running 5 minutes late and they were gracious enough to wait for us in the pickup spot, which was truly so kind of them since we know there’s a specific schedule to follow. The tour itself was great as well. There is a stop before getting to the archeological site to buy snacks, water, go to the bathroom, etc which was good (not necessarily needed, as they also have something similar as soon as you enter the site). They separated us into a Spanish-speaking group and an English-speaking one. Be prepared to walk around 3km with a few ups and downs as you make your way through the site. Ilse provides a lot of good historical context to the site, as well as images of what it used to look like. The time they gave us to walk around by ourselves was more than enough, and we did appreciate it! I highly recommend taking this tour!

This was a great experience! We chose to meet outside at the Marriott in Reforma location. A guy shuttled 4 of us from there to meet the main bus, where we then went on to the archeological zone. Therr was a pitstop for bathrooms and shops on the way, but heads up you can get better priced things at the pyramids. Once there, we broke into 2 groups: Spanish and English. Yair was our English guide and he was great. Very knowledgeable and personable. At the end of the tour he gave an hour or so to wander and explore which was plenty of time for us to haggle w vendors, climb the Temple of the Moon, grab a popsicle (which was recommended to us by someone) and catch the bus again. Thanks Yair, Julio Cesar, and Omar for the easy and fun trip!

Superb tour. The guides Julio, Omar and Yaer (sp?) were very friendly and very informative. Kept the tour moving. Very professional. Showed us the site without stopping at any tourist traps along the way. Perfect tour. A little caution - it’s a bit of a workout with a lot of a walking and climbing narrow, steep stone steps.

AVOID!!! I signed up this afternoon tour, waiting at the picking up point for 30 mins, nobody pick me up, no one answers the message and calls. Then somebody sent a message simply says: hello your tour is cancelled. They show no respect towards the client and COMPLETELY LACK THE SENSE OF RESPONSIBILITY. Wasting people’s time without apology and prior notice. Shame on you.

The archaeological site was fascinating. Our tour guide made it meaningful and memorable. We couldn’t recommend it enough.

We took this excursion and we liked it a lot. The transfer was very punctual, and once in Teotihuacan, Else's explanations were wonderful. Very good guide. Without a doubt I recommend it
