Perfect and carefree travel
The pickup and driver was seamless and perfect. Right on time and stayed in communication the entire time. They even made adjustments for me without issue when my flights changed for arrival. So worth it

Easy to book
I booked through the Chase Reserve Travel portal on Viator. It was very easy and secure.
When you hear about the scams at foreign airports, Viator offers a safe travel experience.My driver Hector Ruiz was super friendly and local.

Excellent service
A very good service; both the company and the driver were in contact via messages and calls. Upon leaving the airport, I sent my location to the driver and he picked me up immediately.

Not reliable
I called more than once to make sure I would know where the driver was going to pick us up. I was told he would be waiting for us with a sign with my name on it right outside immigration. He was not there. it took more than 10 minutes before he finally arrived. He told me he was texting me through WhatsApp after I repeatedly told by to I was not going to use WhatsApp and they said that was fine.

We never told you that the driver would be waiting outside with a sign with your name. Our conversation through Viator was simply about asking you for a phone number with WhatsApp, as it's a more direct way to communicate, and those who have used our service this way have found us very responsive. You asked for your booking details, and I provided them. The day you arrived, you told me you were ready at 3:10 PM, and I replied at 3:17 PM asking where you were. So no, you weren't outside waiting for an hour, nor did you call us. You never answered my message, and the driver did everything he could to reach you since you weren't responding. He himself told us it was difficult to contact you. However, our driver was very attentive and communicated repeatedly via text message. He arrived in less than 10 minutes; he even informed you when he was on his way to pick you up and sent you a photo from the pickup location. If your flight arrived at 2:16 PM, you went through immigration, which takes at least 30 to 40 minutes, and you sent us a message saying you were ready at 3:10 PM, there's no way you were outside waiting for an hour. When you travel to another country, I recommend using WhatsApp; communication is much easier that way.

Worst
Wish i could give this 0 stars!!! Its nt worth it just book an Uber! Its cheaper and more reliable! I was left stranded with my family for over a hour! The number on the page doesn't work and the bus they use is just for show! There is no vip nothing just liars and thieves!!!Plus they refuse to give me any form of refund!! I do not recommend!

You should mention in your review that we sent you all the evidence showing we tried to contact you starting August 12th, contacted you again on August 14th, and sent you repeated messages on August 15th. Also, you entered your phone number incorrectly on the reservation you made, and you never responded to us through Viator. We had to contact support to get a correct phone number to reach you, and even though you received our messages, you never replied. You should also mention in your review that our driver waited for you for two hours with a sign with your name on it, and that I sent you all the evidence I mentioned to prove we handled everything correctly, both in contacting you and providing the service. We are not thieves. When you book with another company, make sure you enter your information correctly, otherwise you'll end up damaging their reputation when the mistake actually started with you.

Excellent service.
Our driver David was excellent; not only did he pick us up on time, but he also dropped us off at a place where we could leave our luggage and go for a walk. Very kind and helpful, this company has exceeded my expectations, 100% recommended.

Airport to Medellin
Very easy to communicate through what’s app. Van was clean and driver was really nice. I recommend taking a Dramamine if you get sick as the roads are windy.

Luis was a great driver....
Luis was a great driver. He waited patiently for us to come through immigration and meet him outside. The immigration lines were terribly long but he didn't fuss about it, instead he sent encouraging words and checked on us throughout. He was also very pleasant and helpful. Great Job Luis!
