We were picked up on time. When we got to the spa we were greeter warmly and given drinks. The treatments were great. Salt cave wasn't my thing, but the jacuzzi and saunas were very nice. Then we had a Turkish bath which we absolutely loved. I was very sceptical about it going in, but when it started I fell in love. It was very pleasant and relaxing. The ladies took care of ladies and men of men. The staff was very nice and kind. We enjoyed the massages, overall very good experience. Furthermore, I forgot my necklace (during the Turkish bath it was taken off) and the staff send it to my hotel afterwards. I highly recommend this place. It's really a great value for the money you pay for it.

So this doesn't have the personal touch of the spa in our hotel which costs £200 for the VIP Cleopatra. However it only cost £22 including the taxi both ways, absolutely unbelievable value for money. 2 hours including: Sauna Steam room Jacuzzi Full body peel Salt treatment Full body soap wash 50 minute full body massage The quality of the treatments matched that of the hotel spa in every way. Be warned it is impersonal and a bit of a conveyor belt, but at that price, who cares. Highly recommended.

Best spa experience ever. Worth the money for sure. One of my highlights of my trip. The staff there take very good care of you.

Lovely experience! The mint steam room was a bit much for us but the staff were lovely. We would definitely go back! It was such a laugh with them as well

The girl rushed me all the way through it, then kept walking off during the massage! So obviously not very relaxing! Then kept hassling me for a tip which I felt obliged to do as she was watching me. Would not go here again. Poor service.

Whenever possible abroad, I always book a Hammam treatment. This time in Hurghada, too, an opportunity arose and I couldn't resist making a reservation. I was not disappointed; it was (again) a wonderfully relaxing experience. My masseuse was able to make my tense muscles disappear. The staff is incredibly customer-friendly and caring. What was very efficient was their tipping method. Each employee has a personal "locker" (w her/his photo) in which guests could leave a tip. This was in contrast to having just ONE tip jar for all staff. The (not included) €5 for a return transfer is more than worth it. All in all, if you enjoy such a body treatment, a visit is a must - definitely highly recommended.

The spa was amazing. The lovely lady I had was so nice. I felt so amazing after. Picked up and dropped off from the hotel. Hottest sauna and the steamiest steam room I’ve ever been in! Turkish bath was amazing and so was the massage.

I had an amazing Turkish massage/body scrub in Hurghada—definitely one of the highlights of my trip. The whole experience, from the steam to the scrub and massage, left me feeling super refreshed, and it was very affordable for the top notch quality. Emy was my favorite! She was attentive, professional, and really knows what she’s doing. If you go, make sure to ask for her!

This was worth every penny spent and cost much less than anywhere else. The staff were welcoming and guided us throughout the whole process. My allocated staff member took great care of me and did a thorough and enjoyable job. She was smiling right through. The hammam was superb as well as the massage afterwards. The sauna was too hot for me but that's personal. Highly recommend this.
