Well worth the money, we got through immigration in about 30 minutes and the other lines were so long it would have taken 2-3 hours. Our guide met us as we arrived and took us straight to the line and she waited on the other side then helped collect our bags and take us to the Grab pickup area. She even helped with the Grab talking to the driver and stayed with us until the Grab arrived.

We are so grateful we had Anna to help us when we arrived at the airport! From the moment we met her, she was incredibly warm, attentive, and professional. She knew exactly where we needed to go and guided us through the entire immigration process and all the way to our transportation. Her help made such a huge difference and saved us from what could have been a very long wait. Instead of feeling overwhelmed after arriving, everything was smooth, easy, and completely stress-free. Anna truly went above and beyond, and we couldn’t be happier with her service. If you’re arriving at the airport and want to avoid the long immigration lines and have someone take care of everything, I highly recommend Anna! We would absolutely use her services again. Superb service - stepped of the plane and saw the sign from the company. Perfect to go straight through the barrier to the immigration desk, less than 10 minutes and our luggage was collected. We were landed to being in the taxi in 20 minutes total, friendly and professional staff who ensured we were in the right taxi too

Easy and fast. Luck of the draw whether you will wait 15 minutes or hours. Was nice to know we would exit easily

A must when entering Vietnam. Saved us about 2 hours of queuing time.

I have seen mixed reviews in doing the fast trak.... saw some reviews saying it's not worth the money because you may not have a wait however I knew that flying in with 2 children after traveling 21 hours plus....I did not want to risk it...upon landing..line looked to be about a 1.5 hr wait so I am super glad I did the fast trak. We were thru immigration in about 30 minutes max. Upon returning I would do it again.

It took us 20mins and the other line would have been at least 90mins Excellent service and seamless process

Anna was absolutely amazing, helped me get through passport control with minimum fuss, and once through when she discovered my pre-booked taxi had not arrived, would not leave my side until she had helped to arrange alternative transport. Really saved a jetlagged traveller and I'm hugely grateful - thanks Anna!

The app booked a different date on its own. A cancellation was then no longer possible. The support was also not helpful. Thus, 50 € was gone. I would not book here again.
